Hoping the hyacinths are really fragrant

I have only just received my parcel because it was left in the garden of an empty house! Not even near me. Look at the picture! I live in a cottage nothing like that one.

Disappointed in the delivery, Bulbs are great.

Shocking quality Bareroot roses refused to send replacements. All black Bareroots cut my ties with this company now.

I was not amused how the delivery driver gave little consideration for my plant delivery.instead of them being stood up ,I found them wedged behind the wooden gate led down and wrong end up.we have cctv so we saw exactly what occurred. When I informed jparkers they said the boxes where upright in the delivery photo, I unpacked the plants and the plants where upside down with part of the compost missing (in the bottom of the box) .I informed jparkers and sent photos,I had one plant completely detached ! They said they would send a replacement ,weeks later and still no plant?my order number is22892141 ! I’ve spent over £300 with jparkers recently,and find their time scale for replacement is absolutely diabolical! I’ve had plant deliveries from farmer gracy and the packaging and delivery service standard is of a much higher standard! If they can provide good service why can’t j Parker’s .

I often look at the J Parker website, and a few weeks ago bought four Angelica Gigas and forty or so achillea Cloth of Gold at a very reasonable price.

J Parker is excellent at communicating receipt of the order and when it will be delivered- the delivery company they use emailed me to say they had received the order and it was on the way.

Care had been taken in packing the order- on arrival the achilleas in 5cm modules and the angelicas in 9cm pots looked great and the compost was still moist. All in all I am very pleased.

Great service and communication. Bulbs arrived when they said they would. Good tracking.

Good bulbs and price, prompt delivery

Good quality bulbs, safely packaged and arrived at the right time for planting.

I placed an order for several items. The 500 tulip bulbs arrived when expected and were a really good size. The next part of the order was for hydrangeas and ferns to be delivered from early September. Having not received the order l asked in October when it would be delivered and after prompt customer service received the items one week later.
All the items were in good condition apart from one fern which looked dead and had hardly any roots, so went straight into the compost bin. Overall a good company but as this is the second time that l have had a substandard item (see previous reviews) l am hoping that these are isolated incidents.
I contacted customer services last year about a really small Canna tuber and was assured that it would be fine (it wasn’t it did not grow) so have not contacted them this time.

Got all my bulbs on time

I ordered a Clematis Koreana Amber. It arrived, healthy looking and I've planted it out and it's thriving. Hopefully, as it is planted near a fence it won't drown in all the rain we're having at the moment! I know it's a fairly vigorous clematis but easy to control, so hopefully, next spring it will come into its own.
