Absolutely disgusted with this…
Absolutely disgusted with this company's mark up on a particular battery powered bath lift..
Let's say it less than £250 to buy on various different web sites and they charged more than £1000 to deliver and install. It has 4 feet suckers. Oh and to unbox it.
There's no way my elderly and frail mum would have bought this if I was aware.

Superb fitters.
Ian and Brad fitted an Easy2bathe bath attachment at my mother in law's house this morning. They arrived on time, completed the job expertly and with no fuss and gave Laura a detailed demonstration of how it works. All completed in just over an hour. Top Job!
Thank you very much!

Extremely competent, tidy and polite team
Today, an extremely welcoming, competent and diligent installation team came to fit my mother’s Easy2Bathe 2 bath lift.
Ionut and Dean arrived within the time frame they provided us with the day before. Both of them were pleased to be here and immediately got to work with thoroughly preparing the installation location. This included using test and measuring equipment to ensure that no electrical or water services etc. were in the way of mounting fixtures: very reassuring that all would ultimately go well with the installation.
Their work was cleanly undertaken; both working super well together. They happily answered our questions while working. Afterwards, they explained how to operate and maintain the bath-lift in clearly understood terms including giving us practical tips to ensure we get the most from the bath lift. After checking everything over they then left leaving us extremely satisfied of a job well done and the confidence that the lift will do its job for many years.

Matt H & Simon L were lovely with my Mum
Matt H & Simon L were lovely, and fitted the bath lift for my parents, I did have confidence in them, and the chap who came originally to demonstrate the bath lift to my mum, whose name I can’t recall. She does have dementia but they were all very patient and took the time to explain everything. I did quite a bit of research and was reassured by previous reviews and the fact that they are a which trusted trader. The only negative is the cost which I think is rather expensive for what it is . I’ve waited 2 months to review to see how mum is getting on. So far so good , although she does sometimes come off the belt once she’s lowered herself , but I think that’s more related to my Mums dementia , but it’s there to help my dad should she not be able to get out, and it does do this. The only other thing is that mum will repeatedly unravel the hand held control , which the installers wrapped around the control set to stop it going in the water .but a cable tie resolved that issue .overall we are happy with the product and would recommend

Will, Dan and Ian
The employees I met, Will who demonstrated the equipment and later Ian and Dan, who installed the equipment were knowledgable and answered all my questions. Ian and Dan demonstrated, once the equipment was installed, how to enter the bath and lower the seat.
The staff I met were polite, helpful and took care that I understood each step. I also phoned the office as well and they were quick to deal with my query. Very pleased to deal with this company.

Hello Dee,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us your experience, we take feedback very seriously.
We understand why there may be some reservations to have one of our product specialists come out to your home however, the reason we recommend this prior to giving you an accurate quote, is to ensure your bathroom is eligible to have the bath lift installed. Once we have made sure your bath is compatible with our lift, we can then advise you on the cost.
With our dry home demonstration, there is no obligation to purchase and our team would never recommend our product if we don't believe it would benefit your individual needs.
I hope this puts your mind at ease and if there is anything further we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to get back in touch!

Please read this review before considering this company, especially vulnerable people
In response to Easy to Bathes reply; how are you able to conduct a review when no details are here for you to do so? Sadly, this just shows, again, the levels of deception within your company and total lack of accountability. Im happy to send proof of solicitors receiving payment from yourselves to anyone who would like to know who they may be dealing with, when purchasing from this company. After faulty instilation of bath lift from Easy 2 Bathe which led to serious safety issues and bath lift bring ripped from the wall, taking some of said wall with it, Easy to bath tried to wash their hands of any responsibility, leaving no useable bath lift and a gapping hole in the wall. They were aware that just after this had happened my husband also, very sadly passed away. Whilst trying to deal with grieving and getting through, I had to then work hard and instruct solicitors to fight this case. Easy 2 Bathe showed no responsibility or compassion throughout. I won, they paid to rectify the damage they had caused, they had to, amounting to nearly £2,000 to, but they were truly awful to deal with. Cold, dismissing, no care, compassion or responsibility taken. Please protect yourself, don't deal with companies like this.
