Ryan was very friendly and a great help in narrowing down our requirements for a dual adjustable bed. He brought fabric samples, a bed frame, controls and mattress to our home so we could experience the product. The service is highly customised to fit us, including bed height and length. We didn't choose all the extras but you can get wireless remote control, underbed sensor lights, reading lights and massage option. Delivery was promised at 2-4 weeks, but we only sealed the deal today, so can't say yet about delivery or the product itself.

Cameron was informative and friendly, spent the time with us to go through all options.
He was patient and knowledgeable without going to much into every single detail and without the hard sales approach.
His company beated a quote we previously had and was able to offer various fabrics and was flexible enough to be able to adapt to our needs and decision for the final purchase.
When taking a call to his team he also took the call in the same room which showed transparency and honesty.

Had Cameron round to quote us for a new adjustable bed. What pleasant young man, knowledgeable and completely happy to help made easy when you’re selling a high quality product, what a breath of fresh air thanks.

I ordered my bed on the 7 October and was told it would take 6 weeks for delivery or they may be able to deliver in 4 weeks, I said that would be fine I received a phone call on the 28th and told it will be delivered on the 1 st of October which was brilliant that took just over 3 weeks, the delivery was brilliant Dee and Jay who deliver my bed and set it up were fantastic would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new bed

We have just taken delivery of a Grosvenor Mobility reclining chair. I can honestly say that the whole experience so far has been excellent - from start when the representative came to see us to finish when it was delivered the process has bee trouble free. So far the chair has fully satisfied our expectations in every way.

The new bed was installed by 2 very competent men from Grosvenor. They were polite, efficient and left our house in a clean condition. They carefully dismantled the old bed and installed the new riser bed then explained to my husband and I how to operate the controls. Very satisfied.

We've recently been looking to buy a reclining chair for my son who experiences severe pain 24/7 due to neuropathy. As they don't come cheap we decided to get some quotes and arranged for home demonstrations from a number of companies. The one in top place is Grosvenor. Their rep ALEX visited us he was extremely well informed with their products. He did not pressurise us to buy a chair, he was very professional and thorough making sure my son felt as comfortable as possible in all areas where his pain is extreme. Having tried the chairs brought by each company the clear winner for comfort and quality is definitely, IN our opinion, GROSVENORMOBILITY. A big thank you to Alex for taking the time to make sure that measurements were done correctly. To be honest though the chair is quite expensive, although not the dearest quote we was given, the chair is uniquely bespoke to my son. Once again thank you ALEX.

I had a new Recliner Chair from Grosvenor Mobility delivered earlier than expected yesterday. The 2 men who delivered were very polite and friendly, they removed my old chair and took time to show me how to use my new Recliner. The chair is very comfortable with good support for my bad back.
I am very happy with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending Grosvenor Mobility to anyone.

From the moment my husband Clive contacted the company to enquire about a mobility chair which he desperately needed due to increasing frailty the service he received was first rate. Their charming representative Steve Eagle came to demonstrate the chair and explain its benefits. There was no pressure at any time to place an order. Although the chair was custom made for Clive to suit his precise requirements for height etc it was ready within the agreed timeframe.
Two charming young gentlemen Simon and Nathan came yesterday to deliver and instal the chair. They took the time to explain how the chair worked to Clive and make sure it was in the right position.
Highly recommended custom made product for anyone unfortunate enough to need it. Very attractive looking and comfortable product.

On delivery day technicians AJ/AW arrived on time, dismantled our old bed and assembled our new bed swiftly. They removed our old bed and packaging of new one. They also gave a demonstration of our new bed. Overall great service and customer care.

Worst decision I ever made to purchase a chair from Grosvenor Mobility. It has caused me more pain and discomfort than I had before. I complained about size measurements of chair not matching measurements taken by salesman. They agreed and took it back to rectify. Weeks later got it back with no improvement. Seat was hard and uncomfortable and a man came to my home and took it apart and added an extra sifter layer. The arms are too high and cause me extreme pain in neck and shoulders. Seat is too narrow to get arms inside. My next course of action is to complain under the Consumer Protection Act for which I am getting legal advise.
