Call was answered by Tim, and told him my problem, he told me what to do, he was so helpful and knew how to help without any issues. Within 20mins I had access and admin, very nice fella also, thanks Tim, Joe

Shocking customer service
The person speaking on the phone was unhelpful and cold. Trying to return terminal because my mother the shop owner had died and the business closed. She didn’t offer condolences and said that unless I provided a death cert I’d need to give 30 days notice. Also, charged a terminal collection fee. Absolutely shocking customer service.

10/10 agent was really helpful and kind.
The call agent that helped me set up my Elavon mobile merchant (which was unusually a little trickier than meant to be and took a few phone calls to complete), was an absolute gentleman and a real help, he made the process so easy. He followed up to make sure all was OK and tested all for me and followed through internally to speed up process in getting set up. 10/10 service.

Yes my experience was very good
Yes my experience was very good, the lady I spoke to Majella was very helpful & explained fully.
Although it did take me a while to get the correct number for the Customer Service as the 1850 number for Ireland doesn't work now, & that was the number given to us on the visa machine to call!
