Reclame înșelătoare, prețuri peste cele ale pieței, nu-și asumă vina și întodeauna se găsește un alt vinovat - in multe cazuri chiar tu ca si client! Vorbești cu un robot care-ți dă dreprate, dar nu-ți rezolvă problema. Operatori umani aroganți care îți intrerup conversația după câteva cuvinte în condițiile în care îți crește barbă până ajungi să-ți raspundă vreunul. EXECRABIL! Pe lângă toate astea am certitudinea că sunt multe cazuri în care e-mag încalcă flagrant drepturile consumatorului și implicit în subsidiar legile în vigoare. Sunt pe deplin convins că acționarea de către clienți a multor cazuri în justiție ar primi câștig de cauză fără drept de apel din partea oricărui apărător al acestei companii de vânzări, e-mag... dar nu-și bate nimeni capul cu, până la urmă, niște excroci, fiindcă astfel de politici nu duc decât la faliment!
FALIMENT SPRÂNCENAT, E-MAG!

It doesn't deserve even a single star. They don't deliver orders within the timeframe they falsely claim. Avoid such losers as much as you can.

Emag… Ieri am vrut sa dau comanda de acest produs, fiind 1700 lei. Insa am uitat ca nu am bani pe card. Azi cand am intrat sa dau comanda, este 2650 lei… pe siteul Dyson costa 1700 lei. De ce?? Care e ideea?? E foarte dezamagitor.. Nu ma asteptam la Emag…credeam ca sunt firma serioasa..

Pun la comanda cost de servicii operationale de 1% de parca produsele vandute acolo nu au adaos comercial. Cumparati de pe amazon.de, de multe ori preturile sunt mai ieftine si fara alte taxe, au transport gratis pana in Romania la comenzi de peste 49euro fara abonamente tampite cum ar fi Genius (alta taxa).

Horrible customer service , really bad agents, they don't care about your issues

Disclaimer: I review each individual seller through eMag and never order from seemingly shady store fronts. Whenever possible, I go for things eMag can deliver directly. I also only pay upon delivery, never before.

No issues experienced. Things directly stocked by eMag get delivered quickly in my area and perfectly packaged. Delivery may vary from other sellers, and that is to be expected.

Only on one occasion I received a keyboard that had buttons that did not work, but it was easy to return directly into local store and was refunded at the point of receipt as far as I remember.

I am deducting one point due to their website seeming less than secure. I would rather not go into details, but my recommendation is to not save any payment information in there.

Nici nu stiu de ce mai aveti sectiunea de suport. Botul ala nu intelege nimic niciodata, si nu vrea sa ma transfere la o persoana reala.

Am comandat un produs pentru un cadou . Au spus ca il livreaza rapid. Am asteptat, nu au livrat acum asistentul virtual a inceput sa minta si ala sa zica ca nu a fost data de livrare etc, cu toate ca in ziua limita maxima a zis sa astept pana la ora 23.59 ca pachetul se va livra....
Cu toate ca am facut comanda din timp se pare ca nu ai cu cine comunica! O mizerie de serviciu, NU recomand EMAG.
NU E PRIMA OARA - nu ai cu cine vorbi. Acum nu am sa mai ridic coletul sa vad in cat timp imi dau banii inapoi.

I am totally disappointed with the eMAG experience I just had today!
I have been a customer for 12 years and there was never a problem with any payment on my side. I decided now to place an order and opt for installments, like I did in some cases in the past (4 ones, and the amount was anyway small compared to other of my previous orders). After endless verifications and including ID and face validations, my request was still rejected by the financial company they collaborate with at the moment (a new one, that requested all these validations and verifications- this was never the case before, when it was given the approval for installments based on the historical payment behavior. Which, as I mentioned before, was always spotless in my case). Of course, when I tried today to seek support from eMAG's customer service (of course, AI chatbot) to solve this topic, it just pissed me off tremendously, as was just looping me into same stupid and helpless answers, imstead of helping with a solution. It was really like talking to a wall. I insisted on having a real agent to talk to but it was refused my appeal, every single time. This whole customer service is sooooo sooo frustrating!!! Therefore, in the end, my private data was taken by their financial partner, but my request for installments was refused. If anyone from eMAG reads this, please note this is just drifting your customers away! It's absolutely nerve-wracking to deal with your AI customer service when trying to solve situations like for instance the one I had today, and something should be done about this for the sake of the business and IF you (STILL) value your customers!

Niște neserioși!doar să încaseze,de ajutat…cică suntem aici să ajutăm…aștept de mai bine de o oră să vorbesc cu un operator,dar IGNORE total….bravo,va duce-ti pe apa sâmbetei…

The wide variety of products is the only quality of this online store. Otherwise, delivery of products in damaged original packaging, long delivery times, even if they are made through the store's 'express' courier.
All in all, a mockery towards customers.

I ordered an usb a usb c cable for almost 6 euros but it is 100% from temu and it is not as shown at the picture!

Prima și ultima dată când voi face comandă pe acest site. Mint în tot ce se poate minți: în livrare, în tot...

De la probabil cel mai bun magazin online din Romania, la un magazin mediocru, cu pretentii enorme, la care nici review-urile negative nu mai pot fi transparente si nu sunt aprobate. 0 verificari pentru vanzatorii externi, 0 support adevarat, pe scurt: O mizerie!

Cel mai GROAZNIC MAGAZIN. Bătaie de joc față de clienți!
Au cel mai prost suport pentru clienți. Nu le funcționează sistemul de logare și te pun să aștepți 30 de zile pentru “soluționare”
Pe bune? Ca și client te rogi de ei să poți intra în cont să le dai comenzi? Groaznic!!!!
Te pun să dai mail-uri în diferite direcții la care nu îți răspunde nimeni! Cei mai praf și imputiti vanzatori!!!

jeguri oridinare trimit produse defecte si nu returneaza banii

Sunt extrem de dezamăgit de modul în care eMAG gestionează litigiile de pe platforma Marketplace. Am achiziționat un set de mobilier de grădină (Comanda #497148112), iar sellerul vidaXL a livrat piese de pat în loc de canapele.
​În loc să protejeze drepturile cumpărătorului și să oblige sellerul să înlocuiască produsul conform OUG 140/2021, echipa de suport eMAG face presiuni telefonice doar pentru stornare și anularea comenzii.
​Deși le-am dovedit faptic că produsul exista în stoc (prin Comanda #498547471 plasată pe 6 august), eMAG a ales să ignore dovezile clienților și să favorizeze vânzătorul. Lipsă totală de respect pentru client și refuz de aplicare a legii. Dosarul complet merge direct la ANPC!

Horrible customer experience. Useless AI chatbot, even more useless agents, long waiting times to reach an agent. The store itself would be pretty good, if not for the fact they simply don't care at all about their customers to offer even a decent customer experience. It used to be great, it used to be that you could reach someone on the phone. Now, you get a USELESS (I'd write using bigger letters if I could to underline just useless it is if I could) chat bot, that even after countless requests, simply refuses to transfer you to a real person, and when it does, the wait time is simply insane. So, I have to wait 30 minutes to get in touch with someone, but if I don't answer in 2 minutes, the session is considered inactive, and closed. Seems fair, right ?

Loyal eMAG customer for years, deeply disappointed. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite tablet, which turned out to be practically unusable outdoors in bright light - the screen becomes nearly unreadable. I requested a return, even offering to receive a voucher instead of a refund, to buy a different (more expensive) product from eMAG. I missed the return deadline by just 10 days, for an objective reason - I wasn't in the country at the time of delivery.
eMAG refused any reasonable solution, even after escalating to a supervisor, ultimately offering a voucher of 50 RON - a derisory amount compared to the product's value (1849 RON). Zero flexibility for a long-time customer with a significant purchase history. This experience completely changed my perception of eMAG and led me to switch to other retailers.
