Room for improvement

Terrible, don't do much to support or help students at all and employing new course trainers sooner as am having to go miles and miles for resits it's a joke.

I had leaned new things how to bend reamer how to cut , rewire circuits

No comment it is really good to increase the skills

My experience with Engineering Real Results was very disappointing.

When I enrolled, I was told that there was a workshop and training centre near London. I completed the theory part of the course and then requested to book my practical training. At that point, I was informed that the available training centres were in Wolverhampton, West Yorkshire, and the nearest option offered to me was Southampton.

This was not practical for me due to the long travel distance and my family commitments. Had I known this before enrolling, I would not have signed up.

When I asked for a refund, I was unable to get my money back.

My advice is to ask for written confirmation of the exact practical training location before paying any fees. Make sure you fully understand where you will be expected to attend before enrolling.

They took ages to book my last weeks 6 7,8 and 9. I even lost access to the website and called customer services and a very rude lady just told me to go to my booked weeks and call them after because my course has come to an end after 3 years but they are the ones who took ages over 6 months to book a session,I lost my money, I can't revise the materials if I can't get into the website and feel unprotected against an organisation that do not respect me. I would check for advise about legal actions because they apparently do this in order to charge you an extra for the last weeks on solar panels and electric vehicle charging. Another students comment the same with me if you feel the same lets see if we can do something to get it right.

Had a great time at Err in Wolverhampton,the venue has great facility’s and the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable on there subjects.
It’s good to get to know fellow students who are on the same course,generally a good feel for the place.
Great to get through the exams aswell
Looking forward to the next sets of exams

Zero customer service, delayed booking exams. Overall not satisfied by the service. Staff disrespectful. I do not recomend people to join this company. It is a wastage of your money.

This college is very good to get the electrical courses.

Well knowledgeable tutor and a comfortable clean class room and practical area

All a part of Green 360 LTD, Menage Pentano, new trades careers, trade skills 4 you, the lot. These lot are scammers and sell you a fake course and get you to sign up to a loan thats taken our in your name and all the funds go to the company. You dont see a single penny and the finance company (either carnege consumer finance, or Caledonian consumer finnace) will hound you for payments

I had a very disappointing experience with this training provider and would strongly advise others to think carefully before enrolling.

I paid over £5,000 for a course that promised practical training, proper learning support, and certification at the end. Unfortunately, this is not what was delivered.

Most of the material provided was just basic PDF documents, with no structured teaching or meaningful support. Despite asking multiple times (more than 10 occasions) for practical training, this was never properly arranged or delivered.

Communication has also been a major issue. There is no clear or reliable contact method — no proper email address and phone communication is very limited or hidden. Most of the initial promises were made through agents, but once payment was completed, the service did not match what was described.

To make matters worse, I was later told that my course had “expired,” even though I was not given a fair opportunity to complete it or access the practical components that were promised from the beginning.

For the price charged, this service falls far below reasonable expectations and does not reflect what was advertised. I feel that I have not received the service I paid for.

I am now formally requesting a full refund and will be escalating this matter further if it is not resolved.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this provider ensure they get all promises clearly confirmed in writing before making any payment.

The trade world is completely Alien to me, having worked in retail and as a delivery driver with a degree in Zoology. Going into the training centre I was a nervous wreck, but the staff put me at ease from minute one. Learning the practical side of plumbing was made simple, clear instruction and a feeling of accomplishment when all the practice pays off.
