The customer service is extremely poor
The customer service is extremely poor. When I asked for clarification, the staff responded in a harsh and disrespectful manner. The way customers are treated is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place and advise others to avoid it.

I would put a 0 star if I could, disgusting company.
I would put a 0 star if I could, absolute disgusting con artists, do not trust these people, I’m in a contract I cannot get out of, and have completed most of the courses myself without them via apprenticeship/ 3rd party and yet they still won’t allow me to leave the contract and take £200 a month off of me, I’m currently with ElecTraining and even they say that ERR is a dirty finance company that only try to take money from vulnerable student's, they owe me thousands of pounds and I’m still looking into taking the to court, I have had serious issues medically and they do not care, they still do not acknowledge these issues and continue to take my money without permission, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

As with any contractual arrangement, there is a cancellation period. This period allows consumers the option to withdraw if they wish to reconsider. We would remind you that the course remains open to you, and we very much hope that you will re-engage.
We are unsure how you are medically unfit to complete a course with us, but able to complete a similar course with someone else. That being said, if you can supply us with suitable medical evidence we would be happy to look into this matter in more detail for you.

Lvl2 and lvl3 electrical
I have attended all lvl2 electrical weekends and now 3 weeks at lvl3, at 3 different centers baildson, Southampton and Wolverhampton and every time have been a good experience, all the teachers have put so much effort into getting each student prepared for exams/practical! I think some students underestimate the need to study at home, and get frustrated. I have another week coming up, and look forward to going back.

Avability of practical centres
I think more training centers should be set up to ease travel time and also help reduce the waiting period for students who wants to go for there practical section, also it takes too much time to mark each TMA. Other than that the system is well managed as both the tutors and customer services department are very helpful whenever you need them

Doing this for sometime now
Doing this for sometime now. The process is slow. Like right now I have done everything but I have to wait for the TMA to come back and unlock others.
Can you do so all of the TMA and classes are unlocked so that I don’t have to wait for more than a week to complete my next TMA.

The Tutor Marked Assignments are designed to test your retained knowledge of each module. Only through approaching TMAs this way will you be able to ascertain how much knowledge you have retained and, on receiving the result, identify any areas that may need further study or revision.
It is crucial to your long-term retention of the knowledge in your course that you allow yourself time not just to read the modules, but to study them comprehensively. Rushing through the material may lead to a superficial understanding, which even if you then pass the relevant TMA, could hinder your performance in the eventual examinations.
We wish you all the success with your continuing studies.
