Totally miss sold into a too good to be true course. The seller that came to see me originally when selling the course told me that i would get a job within 3 months of the course and learn on site. He also told me that theres is tons of practical experience and every exam is open book however the first practical session is after 6 months of the course and there are some open book exams but also close book ones.

Ive been doing the course now for over 8 months stressing to pay the loan at the given time while getting no where.

I highly advice to stay away from this it is total misselling and lies.

Good professional tutors,very bad study condition, lieing about the course schedule and approach, the 7800pound on the end is min 18000£
I'm taking about 9 weeks away ,move in another city, rent an apartment for complete the practical assessments and got NVK heating engineer
If I don't work 9 weeks and I have to move my location is 9000£
+the school, five week ends in London and Birmingham(thats the original fee,7800 plus renting apartment)
Nobody was informed when start the school about this condition

Avoid this course.

I was promised “unmatched support” and told I could start working as a domestic electrician within 9–12 months. These claims later proved to be untrue.

When I raised a formal complaint, the company did not uphold it, even though the sales call transcript contained clear misrepresentations.

From my own experience and from reading many similar reviews, it appears others were also misled during the sign-up process with unrealistic promises.

A complaint regarding this matter is currently under review.

Helpful and friendly staff, great organisation for the second week, workshop nice and clean, everything labelled clearly and neatly organised. It would be great to have the centre in London to open.

“My experience with this study center has been overwhelmingly negative. Almost everything I was told at the start turned out to be untrue. They promised regular follow-ups and support, but I received none. I was told to expect my certificate, waited two months, and then was suddenly informed of new requirements that were never mentioned before.

Across ten months, I only got two practical tests and absolutely no real lessons — just tests. Every test came with around a six-week wait, despite the fact that I was paying continuously. The delays, disorganization, and lack of structure were shocking.

Trying to speak to them over the phone was even worse. They didn’t listen, they didn’t try to understand the issue, and they immediately argued without knowing what I was talking about.

The overall treatment at the center has been disrespectful, unprofessional, and honestly one of the worst educational experiences I’ve ever had. Based on what I went through, I strongly recommend that people avoid this place.”

The 5 exams in one weekend was too stressful. Although I passed all and had good grades, the sacrifice was mentally exhausting. ERR tried their best to make it a worthwhile experience.
