I have just used the live chat facility…

I have just used the live chat facility on the FairFx app and chatted with Minenhie. Minenhie was able to resolve my query bery efficiently. I find FairFx a great way to manage my holiday money across multiple currencies and will be using it for my visit to Ecuador next month.

I received a prompt reply to my query from Siyanda Ngcobo who resolved the issue enabling me to access my account whilst in the States. First class efficient service ! Thankyou.

Easy communication, quick response!

Communication was easy and the options to resolve my issue were explained simply and clearly. Response time by Katie was quick which was much appreciated as we were going on holiday the following day!

Caring staff

I was dealt with Minehle who took a lot of patience and time with me I am not used to doing things on the internet and she tried to help me to her very best When we had finished she even sent me details of how to sort out my problem for the future I appreciate that she took the time to do that even though we had finished Nice to deal with lovely staff especially when you are older and dont understand Thank you Minehleo

FairFX is a great product

FairFX is a great product. I've used it for may years but decided to move to my bank's travel cards. Closing my account was very easy and Robyn on the customer support team was really helpful.

Absolute disgrace of a company

Absolute disgrace of a company ,

I have had this account now for around 1.5 years , just using it here and there if I needed .
Had 0 issues
But these last 9 days have been hell !!
Apparently my account is under “review”
Which makes 0 sense as the only money that was sent into the account were all from my other banks with my name .
Nothing over £100 ever.
And yet it’s taking them 9+ days to review something which I don’t even have a clue what they are reviewing .
I have called them every single day and it gets more and more frustrating because the staff on the phone are reading of a script .

“Your account is with the relevant team and once we know more we will email you”

I said let me speak to a manager , and what a surprise thr manager comes out and says ,
“Your account is with the relevant team and once we know more we will email you”

I asked to close my account down and for them to transfer my money to another account.
The “manager” says flat out “we won’t do that “
Not we can’t , but we won’t.

Highly highly recommend NOT using this bank or whatever they call themselves.

By there logic my account can be under “review” for the next 6 years with no sight of my money .

Appalling service.

Appalling service.
I’ve had this card a few years and previously found ok. Service seems to have deteriorated. I couldn’t change my money into the currencies I needed as no drop down on app. Live chat no help. When I rang customer services the person I spoke to told me I had insufficient funds. Although I could clearly see the money Id paid on to my account. (It was not in pending). I’ve closed the card and used an old Hays card for my holiday instead

Great Product and Customer Service

A great product Ive used for many years. Having come on holiday and trying to top my card up, I found a problem. Contacted their support team and had an immediate response from Zamahlubi who dealt with the issue swiftly and kept me informed throughout. Too notch customer service.

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful. I had money go into my account from work and they’ve kept it for 8 days saying other people aren’t allowed to put money in your account as it’s a travel card! If you’re not gonna accept it then don’t but you can’t keep it for 8 days sitting in limbo. I’ve been calling them and emailing them non stop and they still haven’t accepted or rejected my money.
