Extremely disappointed that out of the blue my account is in a ‘review’ phase. I have sent £1,750 from an account in my name which was cleared to use after me having to question why it was in pending for a day.
The next morning woke up to find my card had been suspended and my account was under review. I’ve contacted fair fx via live chat and phone and as per the reviews I’ve read here previously, they are just reading off a script and don’t really care about the circumstances and difficult situations they’ve left a disabled customer. I’d honestly steer clear of them as they can hold your money with no explanation or reason and cause severe distress.

Bring back old FX
I have been a fair fx customer for years and has a card before they swapped owners. The old card was great, thats why they still have a good rating on here. But the newer one a few years old is terrible, service and the product itself is really poor. I would strongly advise anybody to shop around as these camnot be trusted anymore, very inconsistent and very poor follow up (technical) customer services. A shadow of its former self.
