Fast Response has been servicing and maintaining our Worcester Bosch Boiler over the last two years, and their Team visited us today to replace the boiler filter.
The Team went about their business in a very professional manner and ensured the boiler settings were reset. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful guys who were on time and worked very well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fast Response for any plumbing requirements.

A very good random pick on the day after Boxing Day when all other contacts were not available. Payment t&c's were clearly explained. Operative was with us within three hours and fixed what turned out to be a quick and simple repair, no spares needed. What I liked was that there was no negative attitude to my attempted repair, no remarks on 'whoever fitted this didn't know what they were doing'. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who asks if we know a decent plumber. Thank you.

Considering it was a bank holiday emergency for me, it wasn’t as expensive as I thought, very reasonable! Arrived really quickly and explained to me exactly what went wrong and told me what to do in the future to try and save money on my heating - great service 👍🏽

We had a leak from under our bath, we were promised an engineer in an hour but turned up after 40 minutes. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently.

Good service, managed to isolate the problem and carry out the fix. However I was surprised at how expensive their hourly rate was

My engineer was very efficient and knowledgeable. However, the cost of using your services are too steep which is unfortunate.
It has cost me £1343.46 to fix two leaks. Not a mean feat 🙄. Perhaps you may devise a system where you have flat rate repair charge when the fault has been identified.

Even though our boiler stopped working on Sunday evening, Rob and Jay went out of their way to get us with some heating and hot water as soon as possible. It is much appreciated.

I phoned them on Monday 5 December 2022. They said they could come and sort out my tap the following morning between 9 and 12. The chap rang me in the morning and told me the plumber would arrive in half an hour. The plumber turned up as expected. Did the repair, which included going to to the new tap. Job done with no fuss.

Called Fast Response Plumbers because my regular plumber was booked up for a week with the change in weather. I had no hot water or central heating. Three people came, one was behaving quite oddly. Firstly complaining because my gas meter was in a cupboard where I had put some bottles in front of it - didn't know that was an issue but okay. I was then asked to sign a contract which stated I was agreeing to the terms and conditions written in small print on the back. I asked politely what was in the small print as wanted to make sure I knew what I was signing. I can only describe it by saying one of the men lost it. Asking me why I wanted to know as if there was something wrong with me. After feeling quite threatened (3 strange men in my house with just me) he told the other two to stop what they were doing and they were leaving. Didn't fix anything all very bizarre. To be fair, fast response gave me the call out fee back and I understand they were sub-contractors but still would not recommend.

Excellent professional no nonsense accurate pricing

The two guys that came to my property diagnosed the problem quickly. Dodgy valve in towel rail and mixer tap internal workings have gone. The just charged me the call out charge. Thank you, First Response team!!!!!!
