it took more than 2 weeks for Evri to…
it took more than 2 weeks for Evri to deliver.Them the parcel was thrown over the gate of put gated community...even though there was a trade button to enter. the parcel was torn and there were only 3 bulbs in the packet. I don't think I should order online again... I must try and find a shop that sells them.

I have looked into this and can see that the courier appeared to have lost your original order and a replacement was sent once you were in contact with us.
With regards to the second delivery, I can't see any damage from the POD but if there was anything missing please do get in contact with us so we can resolve.

First time purchase and very impressed with their customer service. The price of the floor light was probably the best I found. Easy to order on line and a speedy safe delivery exactly when they said it would arrive. No hesitation in recommending them.

As good as the photo!

Excellent customer service
Unfortunately due to courier issues one of the boxes and one of the lights was damaged.
Emailed company and a very helpful lady sorted out the issue for me straight away with a replacement. Even offered her own phone number so I could send video of the fault.
Just waiting for replacement to arrive now.

Pretty light shade
Pretty light shade. Accurate description and sizing. A bit fiddly to put together . I only hand tightened the fittings in case the plastic cracked.The best bulb to use is LED cool white. Very pleased with this shiny shade, it arrived on time and was well packed.

I can see that your order was placed on a Monday evening with our free standard delivery. It was dispatched the next day and delivered 2 days later in line with the delivery times quoted on the product page at the time of ordering.
