First order was damaged in 3 places but a replacement was sent and arrived quite quickly.
This one too had a few smaller dents but was ok to use

Solid performance; good communications
I found FC to be speedily reactive in their communications, which is a very positive aspect of their service. Like all companies, they are at the mercy of their deliverers, however, and I could have done with more forewarning of deliveries. In fact, the first of my orders was dropped over a 6' gate. The second was delivered by a Fedex contracted driver, who took more care and was satisfactory. Otherwise, fine.
