Knew I shouldn't of bothered ordering a…
Knew I shouldn't of bothered ordering a sofa from here. Another company that lies. Date has now moved twice and god knows how many more times. If you want a sofa when an agreed date is made don't bother woth this company.
On the original invoice it was the 29th july, you moved it to the 1st August then now currently it has moved to the 7th august so Don't lie. I ordered it on May 31st and your website states 7 weeks. also you get it at your warehouse on the 7th then I'm told its another 2weeks from then when i get it delivered. This adds up to more than 7 weeks and not on the original agreed 29th july at your warehouse.
So why are you changing this date on the app? That is where the date has been changing, don't go changing it 3 times 29th, 1st and now the 7th and below you are stating a different date again the 6th so who knows what is correct

Your sofa is currently due to arrive at our warehouse on 6 August 2026, so it remains on track within the original estimated timeframe.
As soon as your sofa arrives at our warehouse, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Everting's is Bad
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from Sam.
Unfortunately, I found her to be rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Throughout our conversation, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and there was no attempt to understand my situation or offer any assistance. Instead of receiving the support I expected as a customer, I was left feeling frustrated and upset.
As someone who works full-time, my time is valuable. I cannot spend my day making repeated calls or having to chase responses. I contacted Fishpools expecting professional, respectful customer service, but the service I received fell far below what any customer should expect.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of Fishpools. I genuinely regret shopping with your company and wish I had chosen to buy elsewhere. After the way I was treated, I will never shop with Fishpools again, and I certainly would not recommend your company to family, friends, or colleagues.
I simply wanted to make you aware of how disappointing my experience has been and the lasting impression it has left.
