Was delivered in the time given…yes
Was delivered in the time given pre-call to say delivery would be in 20mins. Delivered with now damage to doorways or walls, unwrapped and assembled all rubbish taken away. Great experience. Also was estimated 12 weeks but was nearer 7 weeks which was great.

Having taken delivery of my dinning…
Having taken delivery of my dinning room furniture, in April, have just noticed a 'dent' in one of the chairs. Have called Fish Pools to report, but have been told there is nothing they can do as I should have reported within 7 days of delivery. I was told to report as 'accidental damage' to insurance company, I took out an extra policy costing £140.00. As this was clearly not 'accidental damage' but damage on delivery, I feel I cannot go ahead and claim as this was not the case. Just a reminder to anyone taking delivery, please make sure you check thoroughly the furniture that has been delivered as soon as possible.

We’re sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the outcome. Our records show that your furniture was delivered on 18 April 2026, and the damage was first reported on 19 June 2026, over two months after delivery. As outlined in our terms and conditions, any delivery-related issues or damage must be reported within the specified inspection period to allow us to investigate and resolve them appropriately.
Unfortunately, due to the length of time between delivery and notification, we are unable to determine when or how the damage occurred and therefore cannot accept it as a delivery-related issue. For this reason, we are unable to offer a remedy under our delivery or warranty process.

I was really impressed with fishpools store…But very disappointed with not being offered guardsman protection plan.
I was really impressed with fishpools furniture. First time I placed an order for dining chairs. Really happy with chairs. But unfortunately I was not offered guardsman protection at the time of purchase from Gary. I called Fishpool and asked about the guardsman cover and was told It can not be added after delivery. Chairs were delivered 3 days ago. Very disappointed with Fishpool for letting me down. Sales person Gary should have offered but all I hear from them is sorry they weren't there at the time of purchase. Would think twice before I purchase anything from Fishpool.

Fishpools is by far the best…
Fishpools is by far the best destination for furniture of all types. Two aspects combine to make the experience perfect. Firstly the size and range of products is amazing, secondly their knowledgeable staff provide the best service anywhere. Went yesterday looking for a new bed, much better service and range than John Lewis and Dreams

Amazing Service from Ernie!!!
We recently bought a dining table from Brent Cross Fenwicks, and Ernie diligently helped us through the entire process making something that is usually tedious quite enjoyable! He was incredibly knowledgeable, and extremely patient despite our bickering (haha). He made everything extremely clear, did not leave any question unanswered and altogether made the entire experience a dream. I cannot recommend his service enough, and I hope everyone else who has the pleasure of coming across him feels as positive about him as we do.

A Fishpools fan for 27 years and they…
A Fishpools fan for 27 years and they never fail to please in both their service and their furniture. Top quality furniture that’s made to last and designed to look good in any home.
Desmond and Paul delivered our new beds today and took their time in setting them in place ready to use and removed all wrapping. Friendly guys and made every effort to protect the house whilst bringing in the goods , even using protective covers on their shoes once entering the house.
Keep up the great work !!!

Usually a great service
Usually a great service, two guys, the one who I think was the lead, not particularly friendly, didn’t ask where we wanted the furniture so we moved it ourselves one being a heavy glsss table so that wasn’t brilliant. Same with the kitchen table. He very quickly showed my husband how to extend it so we struggled once he had gone. Also the kitchen floor was covered in polystyrene.
