Flexi Labels Avis 

Absolutely first-rate service - the order arrived within a couple of days. I wanted a supply of round self-adhesive labels, with small centre hole, for 7-inch records, and was very pleased to find exactly the right ones (stock code FDCX6) at Flexi Labels.

We have for many years been using the same brand of labels - one size we use about600 per day each and every day. Over the last year we have been increasingly disappointed in the 'stickability'
We are trying out the flexi labels and at the moment are pleased with the results
We are using the plain paper for most applications but in addition have some polyester ones for those harsh environment areas. I think we will be sticky to Flexi Labels now and just need to sort out the printing to line it up a bit better as we are using the previous templates

Will stay away from this website. Misleading information on the website, hence ordered the wrong label. Asked to exchange to the correct ones, they simply said no refund and said they were customised labels - they are not, just plain labels in standard 6x4! Even if they were, there were no information anywhere that mentioned that there are no refunds or exchange! So, be careful when you order, if you ordered the wrong ones like me, you are stuck with 10 rolls of them and you’ll be asked to pay for more!

I used to order the labels and print them myself but since COVID and working from home, we have Flexilabels print them for us. The customer service is outstanding, and the service has been excellent. We would not go back to printing them ourselves. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Start with the positive well priced and good site for uploading and proofing the design. It all fell through after this point. Business cards were late, the edges of the cards have ink flaking off, and the text on the cards isn’t readable. Fair enough i soft proofed the design but you’d think there would be quality control flagging simple issues. I can’t even be bothered to ring and get them re made i can only imagine it will be a nightmare for many reasons.

Good quality labels matched by good service

Ordered batch of 200 label pages, receive wonky cut labels, got in touch with customer service for replacement, got offered to adjust my template according to their sizes and a comment about that they can be 1mm difference than the provided size, but the difference was over 1mm and I have provided the proof. Got told by customer service that their size difference is definitely within 1mm. Time and money lost, and also caused significant delay to my client. Dont bother with this company, search for company with better customer service, who are unable to recognise their errors.
