Hello,
The photo you have provided shows the product FR147 - 147 Labels per A4 sheets, 25mm x 10mm.
On investigating your feedback on your recent order, it was found that the legibility, print tolerance and lack of bleed were all highlighted within the proofing document for both products on your order.
Both proofs were 'Approved', confirming you were happy to proceed with the order as shown on the digital mock-up, despite the artwork being difficult to read on the proof. Customers are informed in the documentation surrounding the approval process that you accept responsibility that the artwork shown in the proof will be sent to manufacture as shown as all products are personalised. The final printed labels match the approved designs.
Our proofing process aims to present a customer's artwork mocked-up on the product so all specifications and artwork can be checked before manufacture. It also offers an opportunity to raise any concerns with a team member, or reject a proof to make changes before confirming the job. This order went straight through approval without query.
The team has explained our processes and the reasons behind why we are unable to replace the order on this occasion. We have also provided clear guidance of how to order in the future, alongside visual aids to help explain our artwork requirements further.
While we understand you are frustrated that the product does not meet your expectations, from your response in this review and in email, we understand that you are not looking to continue working towards a resolution inline with our processes.

I ordered custom labels from this…
I ordered custom labels from this company and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
Before placing the final order, I had already raised concerns about text size, as the labels need to clearly display product information. The company initially confirmed that the text in my first version was too small.
I then provided an updated with larger text and again confirmed with them to let me know that the text would be clearly readable. I was later sent a proof to approve, which I did approve as it appeared legible.
However, when the final labels arrived, a number of them were not readable at all. This is extremely frustrating, especially given the prior discussions and confirmations.
These labels are for products where clear information is essential, so this is not just a minor issue, it affects usability and potentially compliance.
I would expect better quality control and consistency between the approved proof and the final product. I am now left with labels that cannot be used and would appreciate a proper resolution as I’ve spent a lot of money on these labels

Great quality and service
The staff are more than helpful. We order from Australia and have no complaints at all except they don't ship here and we have to arrange our own courier.
However, it's still worth our while to get the size, quality and service.

It's a real shame
It's a real shame. Previously used Flexi Labels and had a great experience so re-ordered. Ordered some printed labels on the 30th July, didn't receive any communication regarding approving a proof so reached out on the 9th August. Recieved a reply on the 11th August with a proof to be approved, I replied the same day and again heard nothing. Chased again and on the 13th received an email, replied approving all designs and was told they would be sent out ASAP. Heard nothing back... roll on today, the 18th August and still nothing. Nearly three weeks and still no order. Painfully slow

Great Customer Service
I recently purchased labels but needed to exchange them due to a sizing issue. The customer service I received was absolutely exceptional - genuinely human, empathetic, and understanding of my tight deadline.
They quickly dispatched the replacement, making sure it arrived within my narrow window, and processed the refund without any hassle. It’s rare to find a company that combines efficiency with such a personal touch. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again for future purchases. Highly recommended!

DO NOT use this company
DO NOT use this company. Extremely poor quality labels. The labels peel constantly and are more suited in the bin than on any packaging. I was told down the phone by an 'apparent manager' in customer service support - NOT a manager) that they have been having on-going issues with the adhesive on the labels and yet they still continue to sell them, I questioned why they were doing this as they continue to sell faulty products whilst being fully aware of it. He became very argumentative and arrogant, refused to allow a return, replacement or refund. Appalling and atrocious customer service. Use any other company than this, we will not be using them again and have passed on feedback to the multitude of other suppliers and businesses I work with to not use them. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

You rang to complain about labels you purchased 8 months ago and insisted on a refund despite using all of these labels.
You were informed during the recent conversation: had the issue been reported in a reasonable time, an investigation on the stock would have been conducted, and a replacement would have been issued. You had no labels to return, nor did we have any stock left from that particular batch from last year. We still offered replacement sheets to resolve the matter, but you denied. For this reason, we were unable to conclude this matter. If you contact us within 14 days, we can still look at this matter together and work towards a resolution for you. Kind regards, Flexi Team.
Great value labels
I have been using this company for around 6 years now, the labels are some of the best value I have found. There have been a couple of issues along the way, but that’s not important, the importance is in how a company deals with the issues. They have been very quick to respond to my issues and help me along the way.

Overall find them excellent,Service and product exemplary One issue I had was their template, I downloaded it and found it was fine but had a border round it. I wanted to remove the border but it was not for being removed or locked so had to make my own. The product is good and I would recommend
