Possibly the worst customer service and…
Possibly the worst customer service and product quality that I have ever had the misfortune to experience.
The printed labels were pixelated and nothing like the proof that I approved which they sent me.
Customer Service policy seems to be to fob you off at all times to the point of insulting your intelligence.
I ask for a product replacement for the unusable one they sent. I even posted them a label from another supplier to show what it could look like. Again, they deflected responsibility. I then requested a refund and had to response. Back to vistaprint where customer service makes happy customers.
Avoid at all cost.
Legally, they’re required to offer a full refund. Unfortunately, their policy is to dodge and fob.
Back to Vistaprint where they look after customers.

We are sorry that you were not happy with the labels. However, it was very clear from the samples (you sent to us after receiving your order) that other company printed these on a top coated synthetic material whereas you purchased the same design on a vellum paper material from us – hence the difference in the quality in term of comparison.
Unfortunately, an electronic proof cannot physically differentiate the outcome you’d expect from labels printed on paper material versus labels printed on top coated synthetic material.
We have offered you a generous discount for a reprint which you have refused to accept. Therefore, we have been unable to resolve this matter on this occasion.

Fast and friendly
Andrew, a real person, not a bot, on the chat was immensely helpful in getting me an urgent order done rapidly. For an earlier order they were also really helpful getting the colour right. Thank you so much - can't recommend Flexi Labels enough!

Fantastic!
We have used Flexi Labels on a couple of occasions now and both times have been fantastic! Our first order was delayed but Flexi Labels kept us informed on what was happening. The second time we ordered the incorrect labels, we used the live chat function on the website and Andrew was super helpful! The products are high quality and affordable. The website is easy to use, I especially love that you can search for labels based on your printer! All around a fantastic company to work with. The labels are excellent.I
The labels are excellent.Its a pity that they cant be supplied as single labels.
The design and drafting of templates was very frustrating and took about a week.I had to chase the order up thrice.The designer did a good job but it was a very long winded process.

Second time purchasing
