Inferior quality labels & unhelpful company policy
Bought these 14 Rectangle Label per A4 sheet 99.1 mm x 38.1 mm Matt White Paper, Permanent Adhesive Labels and they got stuck in my printer, moved and then stuck again. Called to complain the customer service said I needed to change the settings on my printer?? I said the Avery labels go through fine. I then asked to return them, he said I could less a restocking fee of 25% and minus the cost of the 3 labels I had used!
Bad labels, bad service and a company I am never going to use again.

Hi Ali, we appreciate for sharing your feedback in relation to the issue you are having with our labels. To resolve the problem, we suggested to change printer settings to “Labels“ which you immediately refused to do and in turn demanded a full refund for a product which has been produced as per your specifications and it has no issues unless we determine any non-conformity. However we still offered a partial refund which you refused to accept so for this reason we were unable to resolve this matter. We believe you will still be able to use these labels with basic adjustments on your printer but if you continue to struggle, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. Very happy with the product received, a bit dodgy on postage!
Very happy with the product received, and received the next day.
My only complaint the website claims next day delivery. But at checkout it claims all are made to order and gives 2 options I picked the more expensive shorter delivery time, paying more when I suspect most products are held on the shelf.
Would buy again.

The labels I ordered and received are…
The labels I ordered and received are ok but the customer service is lacking a little bit, i emailed multiple times asking for information about certain labels and have not had a single response, the online chat also dosent work on a phone, the website isn't mobile friendly either making it difficult to navigate on anything other than a computer, if they replied to customers and updated there website to be responsive then it would be 5 stars.
Update
I've had a reply about the labels so... better late than never, I suppose they might of just been really busy.
Another update, down from 4 stars to 1 star.
I've just gone to buy more labels only to find that they have increased the minimum order from 2 rolls to 6 rolls, not 6 total, 6 rolls per label type, so if I want to buy 4 different types of labels I have to buy 24 rolls minimum.
Considering the price of some of the labels that means spending close to a thousand pound per order.
Nothing like being greedy and forcing your customers to go elsewhere, I guess I'll be buying my labels somewhere else from now on.
Another update.
After talking to flexilabels via multiple emails it turns out the minimum order for their labels varies depending on what labels your buying, so not all labels have a minimum order of 6 rolls, I would of changed my rating back to 4 stars based on this new information however I'm only giving them 3 stars due to the customer service and some of the not so nice replies I got via email from them.
They really need to update their website and improve customer services.
