Although the delivery service was not the best for my items. I'm not mad with Fragrance Shop about it. The pricing was great, and their fragrance oils are REALLY good.

I have just recieved a empty box
I have just recieved a empty box. No perfume. What the hell. What company does not send your perfume. No reply from customer service. Im using clear pay so I am stuck paying for a perfume I haven't recieved . I thought the frangerence shop was a trust worthy company. Reading the reviews its sounds like this a common thing that they send out empty boxes with no perfume inside. Steer clear.

The package arrived empty
The package arrived empty, the company did not respond to my request for 2 days. When they did respond they told me they would need 10 days for a UPS Investigation - I responded that that the package had been shipped by another carrier and received no response. I waited 12 days and reached out 2 more times with no response. Will be calling credit card to dispute charge. Terrible customer service.

Still haven’t received product 2 1/2 weeks after stating it should be delivered. Cannot get a response to emails with either Fragranceshop or DHL delivery service.
