Freemans Avis 24 761

Placed an order and had no communication to let me know my order had been recieved. Took 6 working days for my order to arrive. I had to return (not Freemas fault) and it has now been over a week and once again, no communication to let me know they have recieved my return or they are proccessing my return payment. This lack of basic customer service is totally unacceptable. Won't be using them again.

My order was delivered, left at the front door, 3 days after receiving an email saying it would be delivered. The box was soaked through, and the goods were damaged. I can't repost it because I don't have a large box to return it in. Never will I use your service again.

I have given up trying to get this company to sort out problems with logging into my account I even set up a second account only to encounter the same issue. I have sent several emails requesting they contact me and have spent time on they phone trying to get this resolved too no avail They also sent me a steamer instead of sloggi s when it was reordered they sent me a second steamer still no sloggis. So now as I am unable to access either account I have given up and stopped using this companycompany

I have ordered a few things from freemans but the recent two items have caused issues first item ordered december delivered by evri where I asked for it to be sent to the parcel shop and after receiving 3 notifications to say it had been delivered each time it couldnt be located to then find it had been delivered 4 doors down, no note, wrong location and no apology.

The recent one though was upsetting I ordered a gift it was in the sale again asked for it to be delivered to the parcelshop location, received the notification, arrived at the location and surprise surprise parcel not able to be located. Contacted freemans same old excuse we will raise a complaint then told me to reorder the item which had returned back to the original price 🫩 tried to explain but they didnt listen

Their customer service team are incredibly poor. Their deliveries just as bad. Waited over a week for delivery of an item, just to be told today that its now not to be dispatched until 26th. Agents say they'll escalate complaints, ive made 3 overall and still not had a response about any of them. There also seems to be a lot of items they sell 3rd party which makes tracking difficult, but agents are never truthful.

Freemans has stated charging for delivery's but I was charged 2 lots of delivery charges but all items arrived in one parcel . This seems unfair and have been with Freemans for years but if that are starting to rip off their customers I will be closing my account. Very poor service

Three times I attempted to order my eventual purchase. Each time I put order through, as I thought, I was emailed to say my card was declined so order wouldn't process and to take it up with my Bank. However on the third attempt at placing an order, despite receiving the message that order was cancelled as my bank had declined payment, the payment had been taken btw, I received order. Very confusing and unprofessional, puts you off ordering tbh.

A wide selection of items that I was searching for. Easy to order and excellent speedy service with a very simple returns process if needed, which I didn’t.

The items received were excellent quality and just as they appeared online.

Delivery took almost 3 weeks! First time purchasing from Freemans and not likely to buy again.

Very quick dispach great prices just a shame evri kept pushing back the delivery and the reasons were so stupid but cant fault freemans they provided an excellent service

Great service fast delivery and quality

Lovely shoes, go well with wide leg trousers. Very comfortable. A good price.

Jacket itself very nice and probably warm. However the inner jackets collar was not flat, looked like it had been sewn wrong. So sent back as did not look good.

Very unhappy with the service provided by Freemans. Two dresses were in stock when I ordered them and paid for next day delivery. They didn't turn up on time, so I checked my online account...only to find that my order had been cancelled, with absolutely no communication from Freemans. I then had to chase for a refund, which has yet to be received. Very poor.

Very fast delivery and easy to return if not suitable. Great BNPL to spread cost over six months.
