Terrible experience!

Terrible experience!! Ordered and received items and returned all except one item. The returns didn’t show on my statement so I rang and they confirmed receipt and still didn’t show as a return which I didn’t notice until I received an invoice but couldn’t prove I had returned them and they have now sent my debt from items that I actually retuned to a debt recovery service despite me contacting them several times and filing a complaint !!! Be really careful if you return items their returns system is not good and the buyer ends up paying for their mistakes

I’m extremely disappointed with this…

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I ordered a 100ml Flowerbomb perfume from Freemans, and when I opened the box, the bottle was already damaged. The cap was broken, and worse, the atomiser didn’t work at all—completely unusable.

Normally, I would have returned it immediately, but I was in a rush preparing for a holiday and didn’t have time to deal with the return process. I had no choice but to take it with me. Thankfully, the spray system could be unscrewed, so I managed to use the perfume by opening the bottle manually—but that’s really not what you expect for such an expensive product.

For the price, this is simply unacceptable. Receiving a broken bottle and faulty spray right out of the box completely ruined the experience. I’m genuinely frustrated and disappointed, and based on this experience, I would not buy perfume from Freemans again.

Very poor quality control and a very disappointing purchase overall.

An absolute disaster

An absolute disaster. Ordered a set of pans. Nice and easy. Only for them to go missing in transit. Nobody contacted me to tell me the situation. I had to chat to a bloody robot only to be told they are on there way. Eventually got hold of Evri via another robot. Requested a call, got an email this morning saying they were looking into it. I Finally got back in touch with Freemans via the chat option and was told there being delivered on the 21st. They should have been here on the 17th. Total crap. I kicked off saying I wanted a new delivery tomorrow 20th. Let’s see what tomorrow brings..
1st time I’ve used Freemans, probably the last.. but if there was one good thing out of this. The price was very good.

Quick delivery and easy returns

I ordered 3 items in the sale, delivery was quick and all 3 items arrived together. Unfortunately the 2 dresses were not quite right for me and the trousers were a little too big so I returned all the items. Return process is simple and quick and my previous returns were refunded quickly. Freeman's offers a wide range of items although I've mainly only ordered clothing so far.

Been waiting for a delivery for 3 days, Freeman use EVRI who everyone knows are unreliable (Had I realised, I wouldn't have placed the order). Got messages that the delivery was due on three different dates (Evenings slots when I was in) and after phoning customers services told they have to "Investigate" surely they have tracking records with EVRI who have sent me a message to say they were returning the delivery to Freemans. Don't give them your money!

Disappointing service.

I purchased two items from Freemans just over a week ago. One item arrived with no issues from Evri and the other item has not arrived which was apparently being sent via a third party supplier using Royal Mail. I have had no updates from Freemans, the third party supplier or Royal Mail. I haven’t even been given a tracking number. The last thing noted on my account is despatched from supplier. However, the account did say that the item should be delivered by the 17th which was yesterday. I still had no tracking details which I thought was odd so I contacted Freemans twice who could not give me any details at all and just asked me to contact tomorrow if the parcel did not arrive by 8pm. There was no delivery but at 11.20pm I received an email from Freemans stating it had been delivered but it had not. I contacted them again today and they have opened an investigation which I have to wait three days for. I have two ring cameras at the front of my property and nobody delivered anything plus I was home. My account was also updated to say the item had been delivered at 12.16 on the day although I spoke to two assistants after this time and they both confirmed it had not been delivered. They cannot provide me with a tracking number and I spent way too long on the phone to Royal Mail trying to locate the parcel with just the original parcel number on my Freemans account. This did not work! Hopefully they will contact me asap to let me know what is going on but overall I think the service has been pretty poor.
