Their customer service was amazing!
Their customer service was amazing, they helped guide me step by step to buy my wife the most amazing gift. They have such a wealth of knowledge about all types of jewellery and watches, and I felt like such a VIP throughout the whole experience. If you want to buy yourself or a loved one some jewellery or a watch Frost is the only place to go!

Review of Quality of Service.
The true value of quality is no more than “A Measure of Goodness”.
A meeting of expectations, to exceed that is far less common than we should expect, but just sometimes…...
Over a period of several months Frost of London were engaged to supply an item of luxury goods,
and despite its official discontinuance, Louis Atkins, Operations Manager of Frost managed to obtain it.
The resolve, communication and emails exchanged displayed real traditional values of service, often lacking today.
Unfortunately, a failure in the item overseen by the manufacturer, resulted in its return to Frost of London. However, the amazing service continued, and the outcome, instigated and led by Louis Atkins was brought to a quick, professional and amicable conclusion.
My review, based upon this specific, individual circumstance is completely unbiased, and I wholly recommend Frost of London, as your one stop luxury goods retailer, and with Louis Atkins at hand to advise and help, you are in exceptionally good hands.
