Great overall experience
First time shopping on this site and a little wary as I was ordering from overseas. So glad I did as it was as good as all the positive online comments I read. My order came quickly (despite a slight delay from Fedex which was not related to Frost). Customer service was really responsive in helping me follow up too. Perfectly (actually lavishly) packaged and exactly as ordered. Will definitely shop here again!

Great experiences
I've made a few purchases Frost of London internationally and so far the transactions were very smooth. The shipment is also stunningly fast, and usually it takes only 1-2 business days. The sales manager Louis responds to customers' emails really fast. I definitely recommend Frost of London.

I have made another purchase from Frost of London after the great customer service last time.
I purchased another watch a Dietrich Carbon OT-4 at over 50% off current retail (still in stock at time of posting), the prices are the best in the UK.
Cannot fault the service from start to finish and also received a small gift which was very much appreciated.
