My delivery was scheduled between 7am to 10am.They showed up at 18.45 and didn’t even apologise.
Terrible experience.

5 stars for the lovely, high-quality furniture. Good solid wood, nice finish, looks brilliant. But the delivery charges are excessive. I bought two leaning bookcases in-store, and was told, if collecting, it was not known when I'd be able to collect ("could be weeks and weeks"), but of course if I paid for delivery, they could arrive within 3-5 days (surprise surprise!). Bit of a con but ok. Delivery was £20. But then, because I was ordering two bookshelves, not just one, it had to go up to £35! Never heard of a delivery fee going up because you're buying two items not one (with the shelves I later bought online, the delivery fee is nominal and does not change no matter the number of items). The shop assistant mumbled that the fee was so high because the items were 'bulky' and the delivery was specialist and difficult. Low and behold, day of delivery, the chap unloaded the two flat pack parcels from the van with casual ease, and even carried one into the house one-handed. Not bulky at all. So, really nice items, and a nice shop and nice staff; but massively don't appreciate being taken for a ride on the delivery charges. Poor way to structure pricing, in my opinion.

I found this white leaning ladder shelf unit more difficult to put together compared to the oak leaning ladder unit.

Visited London to purchase futon mattress & cover , shop assistant very helpful. Pleased with my choice and product a nice quality.
Delivery driver was helpful and placed my items in the upstairs room.
Disappointed that there was a delivery charge of£35 for items costing over £450

Easy company to deal with. Super customer service too. I was puzzled at one of the assembly instructions so called my local store for assistance - they were a great help.

The beds are great. Exactly what we wanted

We bought a sofa bed and a few other home accessories. We went to the central London store and spoke to Riikita and she was so helpful. The products we’ve received are great and the sofa bed is so comfy and the wood is high quality. You do feel like you get a good product for the money spent.

However, I have deducted a star as the customer and delivery service has been pretty abysmal. Delivery was confirmed a month prior as we were moving house and were hoping to use the sofa bed as our main bed for a couple of weeks until our bed was delivered. The Futon Company delivery was still delayed despite scheduling well in advance. The delivery company, 2MD was shocking. They called to schedule delivery then didn’t follow up at all, and even on the day of delivery didn’t call to say they were late - they just never showed up. I tried calling and emailing, which didn’t go through as apparently, their offices were closed. It was only when I sent a stern email that anyone did anything - however it was a very laidback email from the Futon Company saying “let us know when it’s scheduled” rather than doing this on our behalf, considering we spent well over £1K on products and delivery.

My bottom line is that you won’t be disappointed with the products, but don’t expect to rely on either the Futon Company or their delivery company for any level of reliability or customer service.

My stool arrived on time excellent quality.Quick delivery would recommend to people.Well done.

Easy ordering, fast delivery, easy assembly, great quality product and looks fab!

I was initially disappointed with the quality of this unit, as there were some issues which I felt should have been picked up during quality control.

However, I do like the design of the console, and after contacting customer service, they ultimately resolved the issue with a fair resolution.

The sofa is comfortable and appears to be of good quality. However, assembling it proved extremely difficult
