Very professional and no hard sell.
Dealt with Tim for the purchase of a number of items. He was very professional, polite and welcoming. He wasn’t at all pushy in “getting a sale” and explained everything clearly.
He was very understanding and helpful in arranging delivery given the slightly complicated circumstances we find ourselves in and gave us great confidence in the purchase, its quality and delivery.
He was very knowledgeable around all aspects of the process.

Wyvern 3 seater recliner.
We brought the Wyvern 3 seater recliner from Martin at the Barnstaple store and its honestly the most comfortable sofa we've ever had!!!!
