The website has repeated issues. It’s constantly crashing but only after you deposit money.
It’s takes money then won’t allow you to click on games. I’ve tried clearing my history and attempting to log back in but can’t even do that. They have my money but I can’t play it or withdraw it.
I can’t access my account at all.
This is a repeated issue and there’s no way they don’t know about it.
As soon as I’ve got my money back I’ll be closing my account!!

It's a SCAM WEBSITE, people! I tested it out with a £10 deposit. I won about £8 back, and have been told for the past 2 weeks that I need to keep waiting for the funds to be credited to my Gala account (withdrawal isn't even an option yet).

whatever you do dont win with this lot, Was put on a ban and asked to ring them, was basically intterogated for an hour about my disability how i fund my betting, even when i sleep what medication i was on etc. Was told by Sergio everything was fine but send some id utility bill passport and picture of me holding my passport and things would be re-opened. All sent 24 hours later total ban from all entain sites no reason and as they said we dont need to give a reason. So make sure you have no disabilty and you dont win anything and you should be fine. I do know this is a game of luck and chance but there are so many gambling sites out there that give you so much more.

I played on a bingo game called bingo beats i placed 16p bet and won but nothing came up on screen to say id won it then rolled on to next number and it came up on screen to say someone else had won on that number i thought the computer would realise the error andrefund my winnings there was no time to take screenshot because it was next number called that won so my evidence vanished off screen. This happened to me last week on the same game i won then nothing happened to say id won it rolled on couple more numbers before it came up on screen id won. Ive spoken on chat to an agent and they said id no proof without screenshot i explained the following number won and so my evidence was gone in a flash im very upset because someone else falsely won after id already won the game
