Decent price and good product. Problem with delivery date caused by system fault which meant it arrived 4 days later than initially ordered.

Delivered my bark chippings on the date I asked for and the time they delivered was perfect.
Lovely gentleman. Gave me a call 15 minutes prior of delivery. Brilliant! Would use them again.

Easy to order
Easy to order, nice you can pick a delivery slot. The delivery man was very helpful and putting it where I wanted. The bark looks good not used it yet due to the bad weather.

Apparently a "system error" meant my order was not registered for the requested delivery date. Rescheduled for more than a week later and no sign of any communication. No phone number for customer service. Not a good advert for customer service. Avoid.

Website problems now resolved.
Unfortunately my order, made on their website, was delayed as they were having problems. Eventually it did arrive on the day I was told, but I did not get a warning of the time. Delivery is free.

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. It should have been delivered on 30th April and it is now the 6th of May and it’s not here
