I ordered the Baskin tennis choker and it's an absolutely stunning piece! Solid craftmanship and sparkly diamonds! The communication has been great and I'm looking forward to ordering more pieces from them!

I purchased from Gem Jewelers the Chloe Tennis Necklace in 7 carats and the Emerald and Diamond ring introduced as a Holiday Special. I love, love and love both of these pieces. I was not an easy customer since I am extremely indecisive, I tend to get VERY confused when there are so many choices regarding design, size, color of gold, etc. So I couldn’t decide, the only thing I knew was that I wanted a tennis necklace that I could wear daily. However patience is a virtue, and thanks to Joe advice and knowledge about diamonds and style, I ended up purchasing the most beautiful tennis necklace, the Chloe. I highly recommend this business, I changed my mind a few times about “which necklace to purchase” and eventually I ended up with a smaller necklace that I had originally purchased, since I wanted an every day piece, I received my refund without any problems. Will definitely buy from Gems Jewelers again. Thank you Joe!!

Just received my second platinum diamond eternity ring…. I love it so much! Great quality, great sparkle, just beautiful!!! Owner is very responsive, timely shipping, and very pleasant to work with.. can’t recommend this jeweler enough. Thank you!

I purchased many beautiful jewelry from Gem Jewelers--tennis necklace, eternity ring and earrings. The diamonds they use are exquisite, so so sparkly and brilliant! Best customer service ever. Very honest and trustworthy. Will only purchase jewelry from Gem Jewelers now.

Blown away by the customer service here.
I got a Gorgeous Diamond Eternity Band and very impressed with the quality they have to offer. I designed it on my own and their team was so helpful throughout the whole process. I love how the band matches my existing jewelry and definitely will be back.

Received my Diamond Tennis Necklace Today and very happy with the quality and the customer service. Joe helped me with an amazing discount and had it shipped so quickly. I love it and recommend all my friends here.

I really appreciate the reasonable price without having to sacrifice quality. I did many searches to find the best bang for my buck, and Gem Jewelers were the best hands down

I used Gem Jewelers for a Eternity Band and i was very happy with the ordering process as well as when I received it I was super excited to see how sparkly the diamonds were. I love jewelry and this is my go to place now for Diamond Jewelry

The whole process was Amazing and seem less from when we called to when we received it. You guys rock

Cannot thank you all enough. Seriously. You made the entire process of buying my now fiancee a (surprise) engagement ring easier than going to Starbucks for a cup of coffee. It was effortless & you’ve changed our lives forever. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to as the process (for someone having never done this before) was effortless and the diamond / ring etc final result was better than I could’ve ever dreamt. Thank you SO much!!

Very impressed with how quick my Diamond Tennis Bracelet arrived. Gorgeous quality and amazing service definetly a lifetime customer.

I’m in love with this eternity band! I spent days trying to find a good eternity band and I’m so glad I came across your site. The prices and customer service are top tier. I just received it yesterday and it is drop dead gorgeous. The clarity on these diamonds are sparkling and the fit is perfect. It looks amazing next to my engagement ring. I got mine in 18k white gold and I’d recommend you to do the same. I just posted it on social media and all my friends are barraging me about where I got this from. Thank you Gem J!!!

My Fiancé had a custom ring made and it turned out beyond perfect. We had a picture of what we liked and they were able to make it just like the picture. They also made my wedding band, I didn’t love it at first and they were beyond helpful with taking it back and making it more delicate and simple (they didn’t even hesitate about remaking it). Also, communication with them is the best part, so responsive and easy going. These are not your typical Jewlers out there just to make $$, they make it a great experience.

Wow just WOW these guys really went above and beyond for me to get my girlfriend the perfect Diamond Tennis Bracelet. We found them through a quick Google search and I was so scared to order online so Jessica helped me make an appointment in downtown Los Angeles and they really were so knowledgeable and helpful
They have a very limited selection but if ur looking for a tennis necklace or Tennis Bracelet this is definitely the place I am definitely going to send all my friends here and all my family
Just super impressed thanks team

At first I was indecisive about which necklace to purchase. The staff was really helpful in helping me decide. When the necklace arrived, it is really high quality and shiny. Will continue to purchase from Gem Jewelers Co. in the future.
