Great Business!
Shipping was fast.Communication was great.The tennis necklace is beautiful but keeps rolling so trying to find ways to prevent that. Also trying to verify the report number with DIA but it's not showing up online.
Update: Quick response, was fixed in less than 3 days. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you!

We appreciate your feedback. A great method to avoid the necklace flipping is getting it soldered. In regards to the appraisal, you must search it with the dash as it appears on the appraisal.

Joe at Gem Jewelers Co was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. He put my fears to rest about ordering such a large purchase online. He sent me a ring sizer over night, and not a paper one. A metal mandrel and all the rings. I emailed him the size and 5 days later he over nighted the ring. I purchased a 2.5 carat diamond eternity band. It is beautiful and shines brilliantly. I checked zales, jareds and kay jewelers and there prices were 2 to 3 times higher. I will be shopping here again. My wife loves it and I couldnt be happier.

Tennis Necklace and Earring Hoops
First time buying diamond jewelry over the internet.
I worked with a few jewelers but I easily chose Joe at the end. He went over the top to please me and meet all of my requirements. His price was also the lowest, And the diamond pieces were absolutely breath taking.
