What a find! I ordered something that arrived promptly but in excellent packaging, and a note from a real person! Such a rarity these days….
They offer delightful products at reasonable prices, and by buying we are supporting small British businesses, not Chinese ones. Go no further!

Drove from Stafford to Glencroft to purchase the Aviator jacket. Met at the shop by Edward who spent time telling me about their products. What a great bloke. Made me and the wife feel very welcome. Tried Large and Extra Large jacket, Edward recommended the Large and he was spot on.
Bought the jacket, all my family love it and can't wait for winter to come to start wearing it.
Thanks Edward for a superb experience.

Fab jumper made in Britan from british wool. Company is very friendly to deal with, and my order arrived in just a couple of days via Royal Mail. Very pleased with the fit and am now the envy of all my friends.

It was a delight dealing with Glencroft. I ordered three items that were perfect. They were also extremely kind in pointing out that I had placed the same order twice, was it a mistake. It obviously was and what surprised me was the refund appeared in my account the same day. Has an Yorkshireman who is now living south it is a pleasure to support a North Yorkshire company who are very much a local business who employ local people and use local resources where possible.

Authentically British quality. Conscientious buying, supporting small-scale British makers and farmers with my spending is worth it . Beautifully made , high quality material accessories, is all the more pleasurable knowing it’s ‘local’!

It’s also lovely, rare and heartwarming to get a handwritten ‘thank you’ note enclosed.

I ordered my husband a Harris Tweed flat cap from Glencroft because they are one of the few companies who are making them in Britain. It came today and the quality is absolutely excellent. Beautiful tweed, lovely breathable lining and the perfect size. A family business doing a great job!

I ordered two flat caps on the 3rd of January and they arrived here in Mid Wales beautifully packed on the 6th! How's that for speed, in snow, ice and flood conditions? I really appreciate that all the superb packaging is recyclable or reusable and the hats themselves were very well received by their new owner, who says they are the best he's ever had (and he's owned a fair few in over 60 years, and more expensive ones, too). I sew myself, and as a bit of a perfectionist recognize high quality when I see it. Finally, thank you Rose for your hand-written note. I highly recommend Glencroft to anyone considering making a purchase.

Great customer service! I ordered a wax flat cap for my partner's birthday. Initially there was a mix up and I realised that the cap didn't have a feature that was listed on the website. I contacted Glencroft to make them aware of the issues and they responded very quickly to explain how the issue had come about. Edward was brilliant at resolving the issue and sent the correct cap out with next day delivery which arrived in time for me to give it to my partner for his birthday. The quality of the cap itself is excellent and my partner loved his present. All in all, I had a great experience with Glencroft. They were quick, professional and had great communication.

The large leather saddle bag I purchased didn’t come with a 100% tweed protector bag as shown on the website. After contacting the company direct, I was informed that the inner protector bag is just made out of any scrap cloth. The website is therefore misleading, and although the bag itself is of beautiful craftsmanship the ‘scrap cloth inner bag’ is not 100% tweed which I personally think does not fully satisfy my purchase. Glencroft have agreed to correct the website as it does not come with the 100% tweed inner bag.
