Glencroft Avis 

I left ordering a sweater a little late for my fiancé as a gift for our five year anniversary, but thanks to their very quick packing and shipping it got delivered exactly when I needed it! Felt like a miracle :D The quality is also AMAZING and I have admired it at length! He only takes it off to sleep. We got the cardigan with tweed shoulders.

I ordered several items and they arrived very quickly - 2 working days - and were very well packed. The leather flying jacket is outstanding, top quality leather and sheepskin and looks great. It was snowing here when I first ventured out in the jacket and I was toasty warm and the snow was repelled by the leather. The collar can be flipped up and covered my neck and ears with lovely warm sheepskin while the leather on the other side was keeping the snow off my neck. I can also recommend the shawl collar cardigan, very warm, comfortable and stylish, but breathable, so if you are outside it is warm but if you are inside you are not sweltering. The Tudor sheepskin hat is great, warm but again breathable - I think of it as my Cossack hat, I'm a gent and I know it's intended as a ladies hat, but I think I have the swagger to carry it off ;-), my friends think it is a cool hat and I love it. The slippers are super comfortable and classy. Last but not least I purchased a lovely white sheepskin which I use as a throw - it came with very detailed instructions about how to look after it which I appreciate and Glencroft also included a special brush so I can show it some TLC. There was also a really nice handwritten note from Rose with the delivery. I am very impressed with the quality of the products and the service, you do get what you pay for, and with products of this quality I know they will last so practically they are a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend Glencroft.

I’m located in Canada (Nova Scotia) I ordered my hat on the 21st of January and it arrived today 3rd Feb, which is great from the UK to Canada. I was impressed from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate, it was easy to order. I needed to change my delivery address, I sent an email and it was promptly done. The hat arrived very well packaged, Its truly great. Wonderful quality, fits perfectly and I haven't taken it off yet. I was looking through the website and realized I should have ordered one of the little sheep at the same time. So i’m kinda kicking myself. They accept apple pay, which is handy for me. I had a hand written thank you note. I will certainly use Glencroft again. I highly recommend them.

Ordered a new cap over the weekend arrived the following Wednesday very well packaged in a rigid box and plastic bag, cap is very well made great feel to it,fits literally like a glove only tried it on in the house so far but does seem to warm the head up nicely. Very happy with my purchase and the service from Glencroft.😁😁

Just received a tremendous jumper from Glencroft in their "Surplus" style. Feels good, looks good, smells like fresh wool that your mum used to have you hold out your arms for in order to wind prior to knitting.

Really helpful, non-glitzy, non-corporate image literature accompanies the garment too.

Just received my Harris Tweed flat cap from Glencroft. Followed their measurement guideline and my cap is a perfect fit. Glad to see they have a good range of sizes. Also there was a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase. Very happy customer

I recently ordered an 8” Crossbody Saddle Bag from Glencroft and it arrived three days later. I am delighted with it; just what I was looking for when I only need to carry my phone, cash and keys. I am impressed with the quality of the item and the speed of delivery.

After staying local the lovely barn shop was just over the road from our accommodation. The exterior of the shop front just draws you in like a step back in time. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. I purchased two baker boy caps one for me and one for my father in law and a pair of sheepskin gloves for my Mother in law. Whilst there the look and the quality of the sheepskin rugs and pouffe’s caught my eye so again after lots of customer care I bought one of each. I can’t recommend the company the staff and the products enough. Will be visiting again soon. Thanks to both of the ladies who assisted me on my purchases.

Not only is the jumper perfect, and brilliant quality, the delivery was excellent too.
There were lots of wool and flock guides included and a lovely note from the packer.

I ordered 2 jumpers, when received one was a bit small. Glencroft quickly exchanged it for a larger size, paying for the postage costs. Jumpers are excellent quality- very happy with them and the customer service.
