I ordered a flat cap in November as a Christmas present for my husband. I had searched many other companies trying to find one that was suitable and the right size. One of the things I liked most was the different sizing of the caps. A lot of other companies only make small medium or large, but Glencroft have a variety of different measurements which was really helpful.

However, I was still a bit concerned as to whether the cap would fit my husband, as he has a rather large head, so I e mailed to find out if I would be able to change it after Christmas if it did not fit him.

I received a reply from Edward who was very helpful and said that it would be no problem to exchange it for another size if it did not fit, even though I had placed the order in November.

I am glad to say that the cap does fit and is good quality and made really well. My husband is delighted with it and wears it whenever he goes out.

I would certainly make further purchases from Glencroft now I have found them.

Decided to go for British made Christmas this year . I was surprised just how many British products were available , glencroft being one . Purchased a hat and socks from glencroft . The items were great quality and the experience felt much richer , each item carefully presented even contained a hand written thank you card . I purchased all my Presents this year from uk manufactures. I found them no more expensive than buying ‘designer’ but much better quality . The experience was more enjoyable as most company’s Also provide a back story of the business and each product felt a little bit special . Will be buying British from now on.

The gloves are well made from good quality materials and fit well. They were delivered very quickly with a nice hand-written note inside the package. British business at its best!

I chose a couple of items, including a lambswool scarf as a present for a friend. The attractive website is easy to navigate, user-friendly for purchasing, and the transaction was fast and simple to complete.
Delivery was very fast, and well packed. The scarf is in a very nice presentation box (ideal to give as a gift) and the quality of both my items is very good.

Outstandingly service; the cap I ordered didn’t quite fit and without any problems I could swap the cap for another size. The even refunded my costs of sending the cap back from the Netherlands to the UK!
It also became clear in the correspondence that this company considers customer service of paramount importance! And, also important, most of the attributes sold are up to almost half cheaper than in the Netherlands! I recommend Glencroft highly!

I browsed for a really long time to find an ethical sustainable jumper made entirely in the UK and Glencroft provided just that. The delivery was speedy and included a handwritten note which was a lovely touch. It is the most comfortable jumper I have ever worn and I love the fact that it smells like a natural product. I can't believe that I hadn't heard of them before but I am glad I did and I am planning on getting my husband a matching jumper too!

Extremely quick delivery and the moccasins are excellent quality and value for money. I was very surprised to find the hand written note in the package from Edward.
