All Glenton stuff was great; coach, driver, excursions etc. Hotel was a bit run down and food wasn’t great. But will definitely give Glenton another go as this was our first ever coach holiday.

Day Trip to Trossachs and Taste of Irish Hospitality
I always enjoy my day trips with Glentons. There are a great variety to choose from and are well organised and not too expensive. This trip gave an insight in to holidays in Ireland plus a lovely meal and entertainment in the Trossachs. The Glentons team exceeded expectations!

£5 levy per front seat
The coach was comfortable. The driver was very helpful. The venue good.,,however all spoiled by the £5 levy per seat for front disabled seat. When I questioned this the manager got back to me immediately the very next day. However her explanation not acceptable “ no disabled seats on their coaches (albeit a blue sticker with a walking stick on the adjacent window.) the levy was as in airlines for extra leg room “ I said but surely clients with blue badges could quote their card number and would be exempt whilst clients paying for extra leg room would be by choice disabled clients do not have that choice.Also it is difficult to negotiate the narrow aisles of coaches to rear seats for them. She agreed and said “ she would put it in the company suggestion box at the end of the year “She also informed me very kindly that “not all the coach tours were suitable for disabled clients as printed in their brochure “ okay but disabled clients maybe not able bodied but they can decide to choose which tours they can manage and adapt to . so I had to pay the £10 levy .

We are delighted that you found the coach comfortable, your driver helpful and were pleased with the venue. However, we are sorry you are unhappy about paying the £5 per person supplement for the front seats. This supplement is simply because front row seats are a bonus as they give passengers an enhanced view during their travel. Any passenger can choose to book these seats and they are not advertised as disabled seats. Nonetheless, we are very sorry that paying this extra charge spoiled your day.

a wonderful day out
we had a wonderful day, after a wee hiccup, we had a stop In Callandar, then on to a very enjoyable lunch at The Rob Roy Hotel, staff were amazing. all in all a great day out and excellent value for money. I would do this tour again, well done everybody although I did expect the Irish tourism people to do more, tell us about their beautiful country n why we should visit

A total waste of time
My husband and I went on the trip to learn more about Ireland as we were hoping to go on holiday to Ireland .
Unfortunately we did not learn anything , we were most disappointed.as were most people,we were picked up in Dunfermline at 8am and were dropped off at 6.45pm
Yes we had an hour in Calendar and a three course meal,but the singer was terrible ,In all it was a long wasted day

At the early beginning Glenton holiday…
At the early beginning Glenton holiday company cared and helped, I am very thankful as they, a week before our trip, managed to get hotel room for my son, who unexpectedly flew to Edinburgh to visit me for few weeks .
I was going to cancel trip to Donegal as cancellation is possible not later than two weeks before holiday starts and my family is more important for me than any money
With Glenton help we could enjoy together 5 days holiday
Off course, without two of professionals, beautiful couch Moira and our joyful bus driver Darren , that journey wouldn't be that great !
