My experience with global vans has been nothing but excellent!
Justin is brilliant and always on hand to help.

had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish, all credit goes to Justin who was really helpful, he has been very responsive and gives honest answers based on his many years of experience. All in all i would highly recommend this company.

Matt was great he managed to source a van for me to suit my very specific requirements, and come up with a purchase deal outside of globals usual purchasing / leasing structure again to suit my requirements. great service

Excellent service from the sales consultant - Scott Bleakley at GV's. They turned the sale around quickly and without any fuss, while also helping me research the available options. Communication was prompt, clear and helpful throughout. Really appreciated the efficient and professional service.

Arranged to have delivered a new van and after speaking with delivery team Danni who told me was on way Wednesday between 2pm -3pm so agreed collection of other vehicle to picked up at 12pm which went smoothly.

Was told by Danni and asked specifically if the vehicle was on route on two occasions and was told yes by global vans.

Then at 15.47 after numerous calls was informed by Chelsea that the vehicle was not being delivered today so loss business and earnings.
Also my time involved in numerous calls to Global Vans.

After requesting details of dealer and delivery agent was told that unable to contact them directly, and would be given an eta for delivery next day.

Next day
10am and still no eta being given and just been told by Global vans by Tilly head of service that not there fault, so who is a fault as my contract with Global vans who are unable to ensure their processes are followed by their delivery agents, ensure that their customers needs are met.
Am still awaiting call from delivery agent as write this.

Perhaps you could look into your procedures to ensure your customers are informed correctly and that Global vans and its supply chain are able to keep your customers updated and any changes communicated to your clients.

I bought a van off Ben Pomphrey. He is the consummate professional. He gave outstanding service. I highly recommend contacting Ben if you want to buy a van.

Can was a couple of weeks late, not their fault but the main dealer.
