Grass Warehouse Avis

After more than two years since purchasing this artificial grass, I feel I can finally leave a fair and honest review.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The grass is absolutely excellent. Despite being exposed to the weather for over two years, it hasn’t faded or changed colour at all. It also hasn’t become misshapen, and whenever something heavy has been sitting on it, the fibres quickly bounce back into place. It still looks as good as it did when it was first installed.

Everyone who visits my garden comments on how realistic and beautiful it looks. It has definitely been money well spent.

The customer service was excellent, and the delivery was smooth and on time. I also really appreciated the option to order samples before buying. Being able to compare the different grass types in person made it much easier to choose the right one with confidence.

Overall, I would highly recommend both the product and the company.

Arrived, neat product although a little hard to cut to fit a curved area, but the what wouldn’t. We used it on a large balcony. Added extra colour

Exactly what I wanted superb quality worth every penny

Great product. Delivered quickly. Would recommend

1st class service over seen by chris thank you

Chris helped me with some samples - incredibly quick, great variety and a good size so you can really feel the textures. Thank you for your help!

Very efficient company to deal with especially Peter.

amazing from start to finish, and looks great installed.

Very annoying with chopping and changing discount codes every couple of days. They charge extra for 2 man delivery but two men turned up anyway. They do have the best grass though.

First of all I would like to thank Chris for all the help, advice and support given which was invaluable. We discussed the various standards of grass available then decided on several free samples which Chris sent to me. He followed up once they arrived and I placed the order for Zeus Pro 42mm. It arrived through couriers SGK within the time slot and both guys were very helpful in unloading two heavy rolls to the location required. Couriers can also be tracked so that was also helpful.
The grass is now laid and looking fantastic.
I have to say that I ordered samples from various companies but some were very poor quality. The samples I ordered from Grass Warehouse were much higher quality and similarly priced.
Would highly recommend Grass Warehouse.

Excellent service from start to finish. Website allows you to work out the cost of the area you wish to cover. Amazing value for money for the top quality artificial grass. Chose the 42mm Zeus Pro. Unbelievably thick & dense. Very quick & efficient delivery. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

It was ordered, good coms about delivery and delivered when you said. Quality is what I expected so nothing negative about the experience.

I had an excellent experience with Grass Warehouse. The service was professional, friendly, and very efficient from start to finish. I contacted them to make changes to my order, and everything was handled quickly and without any hassle. A special mention to Gordin in sales, was responsive, provided outstanding customer care. Highly recommend Grass Warehouse for both their quality service and excellent customer support.

Level of service . Delivery accommodated. Quality

Ordering by phone was quick , easy and informative. The delivery was on time and the two guys were very helpful.
The grass and accessories are as described and the diagram provided for guidance on laying the grass was very clear.

Hi. I received a quality grass and I was well surprised to find that sizes were bigger that I ordered. With that of cut I covered another area which were not planned initially. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

From ordering samples to ordering the grass it was such a simple process.
Was absolutely amazed by the quality of the grass. Delivery was quick, but we didn’t anticipate how heavy the grass was. We had 7x5m and it took 4 adults to lift and move.

Excellent service all round and the
end product of grass is stunning

Chris was outstanding throughout the entire purchasing process. He communicated promptly, professionally, and with a great sense of humour, making every interaction a pleasure. He was incredibly helpful in arranging a proforma invoice so we could make a BACS payment, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish.
What could have been a routine transaction was made effortless thanks to Chris's knowledge, responsiveness, and positive attitude. He made the whole experience straightforward, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Excellent customer service that went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
