Won't fit
Medal box i received that has a plastic insert that fits 3 different size medals the plastic has 2 small ridges either side of the indent for the medal.The 70mm I have won't securely fit in the insert due to these 2 small ridges ,so I had to cut these out to get the medal to fit .very poor quality considering the price .couldn't send it but as I needed it for a presentation on Monday .

Our budget medal presentation boxes are specifically designed to fit the medals we supply. As your medal was not from our range, we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee compatibility. If we had been aware of the issue at the time, we would have been more than happy to offer a full refund to resolve the matter.
We appreciate that you were working to a tight timeframe for your presentation. In hindsight, we could have made it clearer that our boxes are not guaranteed to be compatible with third-party medals, and we apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
We always strive to provide fair and helpful solutions, and we regret that on this occasion we were unable to meet your expectations.

Memorial Trophy, limited budget
Have ordered a few trophies over the past 20+ years from GTC John and never been disappointed. On this occasion needed a memorial trophy, with a limited budget, John went extra mile to get us as much as he reasonably could, within budget. The finished product is very worthy as a memorial trophy and will remain so for several years.
