Green Willows and in particular Alison were supportive and guided us with kindness and compassion through this difficult time. Little details that were important to us were carried out and nothing was too much trouble. Alison did everything to help us and was easy to talk to and helpful.

Our wishes were respected and the staff went over and above to help with the delivery crisis concerning our different choice from a coffin.

Alison made sure we knew what our options were, how me might best get the experience we were hoping for, and guided us where we needed that guidance. Tom made sure that every detail was just as we wanted it to be, he even recommended a brilliant local company to print the order of services our daughter had designed. It is so rare in 2025 to find a company who is so careful to put the customer first; we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Green Willow to anyone who are seeking a caring and reasonably priced company to cater for all their needs when they are looking to honour and serve their loved one for the very last time.

Alison and her colleagues were absolutely brilliant during the whole process of planning and the day of my Dads funeral.
It was well planned with consistent feedback through the planning phases. Dealt with a major issue as the original celebrant dropped out through ill health. On the day the team were excellent, made us all feel at ease and to get in the spirit of celebrating Dad’s life, ahead of the service. Guided us well during the carrying of the coffin etc and made sure we got to the Wake comfortably.
