Huge thanks to Louise, Funeral Director, and Katie Pugsley, Celebrant, who did a wonderful job organising our brother’s funeral. Louise’s friendly and compassionate nature made organising this sad day so much easier and Katie perfectly summed up our brother during the order of service.

Our family have turned to Green Willow many times over the past few years and each time, the service has been kind, considerate and - of great importance to us, - delivered entirely through the medium of Welsh. To arrange a funeral for a service user who we looked after for 12 years was very hard. Were we making the right choices and decisions. He had no family involved (we thought) so we had to step in to organise each and every thing with our own donations from our carers. Alison was very supportive throughout, always an email or phone call away to answer any of our million questions. Thank you Alison and your team for helping make our service user David's funeral come together. It was a lovely day for all of David's carers to join to celebrate David's life. We are very grateful.

From my first meeting with angela, I could see she was a very kind and caring lady and helped me greatly with all arrangements for my dads final journey, which can be difficult for a son losing his dad.she had great empathy for the situation and was extremely helpful in all endeavours, The drivers on the day and angela leading the procession were very professional and very nice,I would say greenwillows is truly outstanding.

Alison and team were so personable, efficient and supportive with everything at such a difficult time. It really felt like a personalised approach and overall the service provided was exceptional. Communications were timely and sensitive and I was put at ease and felt comfortable asking the numerous questions I had. We had two young children who were bereaved and it was really important to us that things were done right. Thanks again to Alison and team, you were amazing!

Numerous emails and still no communication. Now a formal complaint to the Funeral Directors Ombudsman. I am absolutely appauled at the way in which Green Willow has behaved. losing a loved one is traumatic enough, but then to have to deal with an incompitent, uncaring unprofessional company takes it to another level. Avoid at all costs.
