I would recommend Grove pension to people i know to use them

Grove were really helpful and gave very detailed advice on all the options available to me. My private pension supplier was very slow and unhelpful and Grove were persistent on my behalf until the pensions transfer was finally completed. They are friendly and make the complex world of pensions understandable.

Was constantly told someone would ring me back but I ended up ringing grove to get answers and updates

Very professional, very polite and friendly and the pension went through OK in the end. However, the reason I'm giving 4 stars not 5 is because of a slight lack of communication, where I was expecting a phone call, but instead I was sent an email which went into my spam and sat there for 3 days without me knowing, this wouldn't have been an issue normally but the transfer was on a tight schedule. There was also an issue of me not being updated over the last month unless I contacted them.

However, I would still highly recommend this company, these were just niggling issues for me.
