Had 4 budget tyres fitted by the mobile fitter.
The tyres were excellent value for money.
The process of ordering the tyres and booking the fitting was easy.
The online 'job tracker' was very helpful. The fitter turned up on time and called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He completed the job efficiently and quickly. From start to finish the whole process was easy and there was no issues, would highly recommend.

Marcus fitted a new battery to my car.
Service was performed quickly and fixed the issue with the car not starting.
Price was fair.

Used Halfords a lot recently and the work has been fine. In this instance I tried to make a booking, money was taken but I was left with no booking. It was a lengthy and stressful process to get my money back.

Booking the slot was easy and straightforward with plenty of options available. Jay let us know when he was on his way. He was very polite and friendly and quickly set about installing our dash cam. He's done a lovely job and took the time to talk us through how it works as well.

Easy to book online and came to my home to replace tyre. Halfords tyre fitter was very helpful and polite. He rang to let me know he was on the way. It was also reassurring to know the tyre had a nail in the shoulder and could not have been repaired. I would highly recommend the service.

Halfords sent 4 tyres by there own recommendation as a disabled driver went with this . But their recommendation was wrong sent wrong size tyres when asked for refund want to charge me £40 for call out fee . There CEO been informed . Nearly booked on line, but had something I wanted to check, so I rang their mobile tyre fitting number. I spoke to someone who was very helpful, answered my question and then offered to put the tyre order through for me including the discount for 4 tyres. The next day the van and tyres turned up punctually, I was kept informed of the progress. The fitting went well - done by a very helpful and efficient young man.

Took real good care of my expensive alloys when fitting a new set of tyres.Not a single scrape, scratch or mark.

Great service of getting my tyers changed outside my house while I worked at home that day. Booking was quick and simple and no extra price for getting done by the mobile service.

I booked an oil and filter service at home. This was my first home service and it was such a great experience. Polite, tidy, considerate and hassle free.

Quick and easy to book. Ossie was on time and called to let me know he was here, and was really quick and efficient. Excellent service - really happy with my experience from start to finish! All done while I was at work!

I purchased 4 tyres from the Halfords website using my vehicle registration number. I purchased the cheapest recommended tyres from the list. I paid for them to be fitted on my drive. When the fitter turned up he advised me that the tyres were incorrect and as such he could not fit them. I explained that I had purchased them using my registration number and the only tyres listed for my car were commercial, but apparently that is incorrect. I spoke with customer service who agreed to rectify the situation and fit the correct tyres this Friday.
After recieving no correspondence I contacted them again to find out the customer service agent had not put the order through. They then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay another £261 for the correct tyres. I explained that under the consumer rights act and following on from the first call that they had a duty to supply and fit the correct tyres for the initial agreed price.
I am now in a waiting game to see if they will actually correct their mistakes.
And just to add. Please, please, please do not use Halfords for anything.

I booked a 2-tyre fitting service, and it was all completed in about 30 minutes. The technician is friendly and professional. The website is easy to use, and I was fully informed during the process.
