I ordered 3 handles and unfortunately 2 were delivered incorrect, I contacted the Handles store and they said that once the incorrect handles were returned they would send out the correct items, I did explain that I had booked the job for this Thursday and due to the bank holiday weekend I could not fulfil my obligation to my customer if I had to send the handles back and wait for the new ones to be sent, immediately I got a reply and Alison said no problem at all, we will send the items out today and just pop the incorrect items in the post using the attached return label, absolutely outstanding service, they actually listened to me, I would like to say well done Alison, thank you for listening and reacting in a fair and honest way.

In all my years of dealing with a myriad of companies for various things I have to compliment Colin in particular on the superlative levels of customer service he has consistently given. What is most valuable is that a lot of DIY novices out there would appreciate his technical knowledge and advice given at a layman’s level!! OUTSTANDING & THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED

Handlestore has a huge range of products but it is simple to negotiate their website. The measurement guide for replacement uPVC door handles is excellent and easy to use. Delivery was very quick and my order arrived after only two days. The new handle was easy to install, fitted perfectly and the quality is excellent, much better than the original one which came with the door.

I reported a concern I had with a faulty product by telephone. My query was dealt with by Alison in Customer Service who organised an immediate replacement which I received within 24 hours.

I purchased a crome letter box only 5 months ago. Sadly it start to spot/rust on inside of door. Great Customer service after reviewing the issue. I was send a replacement next day. Can't fault this company..will definitely buy from them again..

4 missing items from order. Order clearly has specific weight so they can clearly see the items have not been supplied but Handlestore not interested & state you should have contacted us immediately! Shocking customer service! Avoid, go to another supplier who actually provides the goods paid for!

We ordered some handles for our kitchen. A few of them were damaged, I contacted handlestore via email with a picture of the damage, the very next day my replacement handles arrived ! So impressed with the product and the efficiency of the service. Thank you so much

After struggling to get a replacement front door handle from other stores I rang and spoke to Alison at the Handle Store, she was extremely helpful, very patient and able to find me the perfect replacement.

Since I'm continually being bombarded with requests to leave a review, I guess it's time to leave one..

The products are pretty good, fairly priced, particularly the handles, whereas the lower quality hinges are about what you would expect in terms of finish (had one pair of brass be completely discoloured but outside of the returns period, don't even bother...)

I had placed an order well in advanced of when I needed them, and by the time we came to fit doors, I noticed I had ordered hinges too big, although this is my fault, the products were unopened and in original packaging, I reached out to see if an exchange was possible and they told me to do one, not particularly impressed with this, local hardware stores usual honor that sort of thing as a GOGW, but none of that here, for the sake of £33 you'd think it would be worth it to help a customer out who had spent well over £150, any future business will be done elsewhere.

Purchased the gold knurled handle. After less than a year, after never using chemicals to clean these, they started peeling.
I contacted the company to ask for help and they just told me it was tough! I wish I had known how unhelpful and poor the quality and service was. Just so grateful I didn’t replace every one in my house with these! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Used this company a couple of times now, I'm always a bit unsure when I buy online but I can honestly say from the packaging to quality of the items and also super quick delivery time I wouldn't use anyone else now. I ordered a total of ten W98 Espag Window Handles For Blinds. It was very easy to find what I needed on the website, especially as you can easily filter by colour, spindle length and left/right handed design. All the items were despatched very quickly and delivered the next working day as I had asked. It was easy to install them, including pushing the spindle into place. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I don't often take the time to write reviews but in this case the service I received from Handlestore was SO good I thought I should take to the keyboard. I have a very old UPVC door, the handles were drooping and I struggled to match the size when looking for a replacement set. I called and spoke to a customer assistant who was not only immensely helpful but really polite and knowledgeable in guiding me through the measuring process, helping identify a suitable replacement matching set of handles. It was so refreshing to deal with someone prepared to take some time to help and who really knew their products. Thank you so much.
