Very polite, informative and professional.

I bought 4 velvet chairs and a marble table the table was OK but the chairs was swag they collapsed when we had visitors and I got very ashamed because I paid so much for these chairs I brought 1 back to the store and the staff said they came flat packed that we built them wrong when they came built and we never built them I advise no 1 to buy from these without knowing how there built because staff are unhelpful and I wouldn't treat anyone like they have treated us it disgusting

Visited the Port Talbot store to look at wardrobes and bedroom furniture. Great assortment of stock in store. Ordered furniture with 4/6 week delivery which was fine for us. Phil was very helpful and friendly and answered all questions. Saw several other items we will be going back for soon. Would definitely recommend

Was seeking a new sofa popped in to the Port Talbot store for a look. Found a nice 3 and 2 seaters. Great service, very knowledgable and helpful. No pressures like some sales people. Very happy with the customer service. Would strongly reccomend.

The salesperson Phil was so helpful , friendly and advised us on what mattress would suit me as I have mobility problems. The shop had everything that I wanted and more as I bought a wall unit that was not on my list of purchases. Great shop and staff .

I visited Port Talbot happy homes store and they was so helpful. I finally chose a bed for an unbelievable offer. The best part was it’s the perfect size for my room and I had a free headboard and a colour of choice for base and headboard for free too. I have never been so excited and happy over a bed. Excellent customer service I will recommend getting your furniture they was the best and you can may off to which is amazing if you can’t afford it on the day. Can’t wait to go there again!

Great selection of good quality products. I was looking for a mattress but ended up buying a mattress and a leather reclining chair. I was amazed by the quality and the price. Greg who helped us was very helpful and friendly

What a wonderful company and great staff. My Mam & Dad first bought from this company in 1979 at their first store in Porttalbot . Some 44 yrs later all our family still buy but usually from their larger superstores at Crosshands or Swansea which have a great selection. Quality & prices are superb.Reclining on one of their wonderful sofas I bought as I write this. Thank you once again for the great product and service.

Love Happy Homes!! Had a stunning sofa, super comfy for a fraction of the price of other sofa shops, had it for a year and still like new! Also the staff in the Llansamlet store are always friendly, helpful and don’t harass or follow you in the shop which is great!!

Brilliant service very friendly staff all willing to help

Despite not having an invoice to tell me the settee was going to be 8 to 10 weeks, which I wasn't aware of at the time of ordering the guy I spoke on the phone to check the status of the order sorted out an alternative for me and we had it 4 days later. Can't fault the service.

We wanted a table & chairs but the chairs were not available until February. However on asking if we could possibly have the ones on display, the assistant made a phone request and we were delighted to be able to receive them in two weeks (we had just moved and did not have any).
This is one of many purchases we have made with this company and have never been disappointed with any of their service.

No pressure to buy anything.

Chest of drawers was damaged on arrival, a replacement was arranged swiftly. The 6 drawer chest was also slightly damaged on the bottom and the quality inside was not great as the pieces of board used had punch marks in them. On sending the photos in the reply was that, that is the way they are as nobody sees inside the unit.
