Excellent service.…
Excellent service from Greg at Happy Homes in Llansamlet. I went in 3 times to look at the sofa before I made up my mind. Staff were not at all pushy, but very helpful when you want advice. I also brought my daughter in to look at wardrobes and Greg again was very helpful and patient. Would definitely buy from this store again.

Love This Shop
Love this shop, lovely furniture for affordable prices. Plenty of choice, friendly and accommodating staff. Bought a lovely mirrored, corner wardrobe for my son's room, got delivered and assembled, fits lovely and looks amazing, does the job and good quality, love it. Thanks everyone 🙌😁

Super Sofatastic Experience!
Absolutely outstanding service here, always. I have bought several large items from Happy Homes in the past including beds and sofas. Today I purchased a three seater and two seater sofa. I visited CrossHands and Llansamlet. I previously visited Port Talbot. The staff are so friendly and offer good advice. The quality is excellent and the prices are competitive. I would highly recommend Happy Homes.

I ordered a king size mattress
I ordered a king size mattress, sofa, dinning room table, tv stand and coffee table.
Mattress - for the prize of the mattress is Bargain so comfortable too! Amazing quality.
- Tv sand, coffee table and dinning room chairs and table. They all match and they are such good quality, proper solid!! Just perfect!
Sofa - so comfortable amazing quality.
I’m am so happy with my order and I would definitely recommend, this is my local furniture shop and I’ll definitely be shopping there again :)

Excellent company to deal with staff was very helpful quality of goods was excellent and very good value for money our delivery is tue 11 sep so hopefully everything well be ok but i know if there is a problem thy will sort it out so I'd definitely recommend them go and have a look before you go to leeks or oak furniture as there prices are reasonable and quality just as good as the 2 above we are very happy so far Raymond Underwood order number 72593

Would leave zero if I could
Would leave zero if I could. Paid for a sofa, after a few months the recliner arm bent, was told it was caused by weight, but would be replaced, go forward another 3 months same again same place. Asked for a refund declined, same process again sent someone out who's affiliated with them same story it's weight. Colour has come off in at least 3 areas, tried to blame everything from hair gel (don't use it) to cats, to flea treatment everything and anything other than the sofa itself. I simply want a refund to have to freedom to buy a sofa that lasts more than 6 months.

Hello Chris, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service that we have provided.
Our terms and conditions state on your receipt, that all goods supplied are guaranteed against any defect in manufacture for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, provided all manufacturer’s assembly and care instructions are strictly adhered to. Any defect that occurs during this period will be put right free of charge, including parts and labour.
We use an independent furniture repair company where they provide furniture inspections, repairs and more for commercial companies and private customers, not just ourselves at Happy Home Furnishers. They employ highly professional technicians that have many years experience.
As per their report which you have been emailed a copy of, they have stated that there are no signs of structural failure, and the surface does show sticky / tacky feel indication contact from possible hair products which has absorbed into the leather and as a result reacted with the sealant. This does appear to be consistent with issue caused by outside source.
Due the reasons outlined in their report, the sofas are not defective and are due to local use as stated fully in the report.
As per our terms & conditions, If any problem is due to local use or causes, and product is not defective, a minimum call-out and inspection charge of £39 is payable. However as a goodwill gesture we have subsidised this charge to you.
Again we are sorry that you are not happy with the outcome from the report from an outsourced, experienced technician and that we are unable to help you further in this matter.

PortTalbot store
Called into PortTalbot store today. Couldn’t have been more helpful no pushy sales. Friendly helpful staff willing to listen to your needs and advice. Great layout to store and plenty of room to move around as I have mobility issues. Also loads in store for immediate delivery. Very helpful and great store to visit.
