Always had very good service overall when making claims in the past. Only received partial refund on claim with no explanation. Also claim seemed to take longer to process than on previous occasions. Hope this is just a one off.

I was even unbelievably asked to provide my Doctor's Qualifications!!!

Speed at which the claim is handled is why I like the service.
You simply fill in a form - not the best online form because if you have an eye test with an eye health test and prescription glasses, you need break this down into two entries and then you need to decide, which two combinations best fits the scenario.
Add your receipt - receive confirmation straight away and a few days later you are reimbursed. Simple :)
