Great Service and Support.
Very good service from ordering to delivery. We had an unavoidable issue with a battery connection and with Deirdre's help it was solved quickly and a replacement product sent by courier. Overall our experience was very satisfactory.

Outstanding Customer Service
I can't thank this company enough for their outstanding customer service! I bought a Kids Wooden Peanut Table and two chairs. When I accidentally damaged my child's chair by using the wrong type of screws putting it together, I reached out to them, fully expecting to pay for a replacement. To my surprise, they not only understood my situation but also sent me a brand-new chair free of charge!
Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond have completely won me over. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers this much. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional service. Thank you so much Deirdre and Scott – you’ve earned a customer for life!

Ordered a playhouse. Once constructed it was beautiful there is a lot of work putting it together. And painting it took a long time but wow it was beautiful upon completion

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused by your order not arriving as expected.
Your order, placed on December 10th, was promptly dispatched with our couriers on December 11th to ensure it would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, the parcel was delayed at the courier's depot, which was beyond our control. We deeply regret that this caused frustration over Christmas.
When we reopened on January 2nd, we immediately acted on your email regarding the cancellation. After speaking with you to confirm the issue, we promptly contacted our courier to return the parcel and processed a full refund on the same day.
We understand how important it is for orders to arrive on time, especially during Christmas, and we are actively working with our courier partners to ensure such delays are minimized in the future.
Once again, we apologize for the trouble this has caused. We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

The house is absolutely stunning
The house is absolutely stunning, but the building process was not without its challenges. Some panels arrived damaged, which we managed to repair ourselves. The building guides lacked clarity, particularly regarding the foundation requirements and how to lay the roof felt. Additionally, some measurements were inaccurate, causing alignment issues that required adjustments on our part.
We also found the second storey and the beam supporting the roof to be insufficiently supported, so we added extra screws to ensure stability. The veranda, in particular, was disappointing; it appeared to be of low quality, resembling pallet wood with a rough finish and splinters protruding throughout.
While we were able to resolve these issues ourselves and the finished result is beautiful, we felt that for the price paid, the quality and guidance provided could have been a little better.
