The parts are very hard to put together as the holes not seemed to be in the exact spot, and the was a scratch at the top of the back as well

So happy with our Bosse playset!
We had a great experience ordering one of the Bosse playsets for our kids. The ordering process is straight forward and delivery was efficient.
The playset is ideal for growing families as the swings can be swapped out from baby/toddler swings, to trapeze sets and climbing ropes. We also ordered when there was a deal to get a free rainbow nest swing which has been a big hit!
We couldn't fault the experience so far and look forward to getting many years of fun out of the playset! 😊

Amazing customer service
The customer service from them was amazing! We ordered a swing glider for our play set (not from them) and the ropes were way too short. I called and they actually called me back three different times to sort out what I needed. The next day they sent me chain extensions so it would work, and they did that for free! I was very impressed by their level of customer service.

Great service
I cannot recommend this Company high enough! We ordered a 8'×16' summer house from the them and it was ready within the time they said it would be and out for delivery. I was contacted to make sure it was a good time for delivery and even though our location was awkward they managed to bring the summer house into the back of the garden without any problems.
I must say that Sean and Tomek who work for the company were fantastic and could not have been any better in my opinion so don't twice if you want a good quality product at a very reasonable price but most all an excellent service 😀!!

Highly recommend this company very…
Highly recommend this company very professional and easy to deal with bought a car for child for Christmas and got damaged in transit rang on Christmas Eve and they were so understanding and friendly replaced it straight away told us to use the one we had for the child Christmas Day and they would send a new one out to us on the 2nd of January and they were true to there word.
