Edit. The response has been good and hennessy are usually good to deal with so I am changing the rating
Unfortunately my child's Christmas present. The army jeep was sent with a plug that won't charge the car. Unfortunately it's been sitting there unuseable since Christmas morning. I won't say it ruined Christmas but I already spent thousands with you
Bought the child's playhouse.last year.
Very very disappointed.

Beautiful and sturdy
I absolutely love the swing frame I purchased, the timber construction is 100% sturdy, so that even I as a fully grown adult feel perfectly safe using the swing. I love the natural look of it, and I appreciate that the timber hasn't been treated with some chemical.
I picked the parts up in my car and found assembly easy and quick enough

I'm giving 3 stars as my order has not yet arrived and it's been over a month since I placed the order. No body contacted me to let me know the status of my order until I got in touch with the Company last week. Going forward I think you should get in touch with customers and let them know if there are any delays or/and when they can expect to receive their order.
