My engagement ring (also designed by HK) was stolen a few years ago so we went to find something special to replace it. We spent a lovely hour and a half looking at different ideas with Bethany and when we’d settled on the materials she sketched out some beautiful designs. Once we’d chosen they made the ring which we collected a few weeks ago. It is a beautiful teal sapphire with diamonds in a platinum clasp on a gold ring. Very happy with the result and the service all the way through was exemplary. Thank you.

I wanted a special ring for my wife to celebrate our ruby wedding anniversary. I went to Harriet Kelsall because they were recommended to me by my daughter. They designed and supplied a ring that was exactly what we wanted.

Beth was brilliant throughout the whole process. She understood what type of design I was looking for and guided me through the process to achieve the perfect engagement ring! I received constant updates and the after-care was also superb.

Alice and team created a bespoke piece of jewellery to celebrate my 60th birthday. They provided excellent ideas and inputs and completed the piece on time. I was blown away by the necklace, it helped to make my day special

I went with my husband, Chris and 25 year old daughter Emma to Harriet Kelsall's as I knew they designed quality rings and Chris wanted to give me an eternity ring. We sat with Alice and between the 4 of us we designed my ring; Chris wanted me to have platinum, Emma liked the aqua sapphires and I thought the diamonds complimented them well. Alice helped us put them together and my scatter ring was drawn!
I wear the ring everyday and it brings me great happiness!

Having followed Harriet Kelsall for years on social media we always knew that we would ask them to design my engagement ring. I am sure the whole team are brilliant but the wonderful Amy was our designer and from our very first meeting she understood exactly what I was looking for and I feel there is also a part of her in my ring.
Whilst it took a little bit longer than anticipated I am glad that Amy’s desire for it to be perfect made sure that it was truly worth the wait.

Alice was fantastic throughout the consultation of the design of a necklace for my wife to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, as was Dalia and the rest of the team when I came to collect. The design process allowed for different iterations until I was completely happy that we had size and shape correct, and the communication from the team throughout the process was spot on. Brilliant company and would happily use again.

Perfect process from start to finish. Second time I've collaborated with Alice on a family heirloom. This one was very difficult and took quite a while to settle on the ultimate layout. Beyond delighted. Sent all my rings so the exact fit was made. The whole concept came together as a cumulation of four small rings and inherited stones and adding in a lab diamond as a center piece. The milligrain details reflecting the design on my wedding band to link the pieces intrinsically. I have had so many compliments.

I want say again how very delighted I am with my resized and narrowed ring! The original Harriet Kelsall ring of 20 years ago was chosen and given by my husband for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it has been special to me since then. However, I am even more enchanted with this new iteration- the thinner band fits more kindly on my gnarled finger, and the sizing is so comfortable. I just look at its sparkle and shape, and love it!

Thank you, A, for your patience and guidance in helping to determine my new ring size (it took awhile on my part!) and for facilitating the alteration to the band width, which I didn't dream would be possible.

I recently had the pleasure of commissioning a bespoke eternity ring from Harriet Kelsall in Cambridge, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the stunning result. From the very beginning, Alec was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently guided me through the options, offering insightful suggestions on everything from the type of gold to the best gemstones for my needs. I really appreciated his advice on creating a sturdy ring with durable stones.

The finished ring is absolutely perfect! The round-cut diamonds, sapphire, ruby, and tsavorite are beautifully set within the yellow gold band, creating a wonderful spread of sparkle and colour.

I highly recommend Harriet Kelsall and especially Alec for his exceptional assistance in bringing my vision to life. The quality of craftsmanship and the personalized service I received were fantastic.

Amazing consultation with Holly! We went in very unsure about what we might like for our wedding bands, and Holly really took the time to listen and design based on our ideas. Deborah at the Primrose Hill shop has been amazing at helping me with finding my forever wedding band. I had gone to many shops and nothing was calling me until I sat with Deborah and she was kind and patient with me and giving me ideas and helping me out. I am very happy with my experience and I am glad I had the right support to make my decision, which was really easy ;)

I spent weeks looking through rings online to get ideas for my own custom engagement ring. A colleague of my fiance got engaged at the same time we did and recommended HK. I was amazed by all the custom beautiful rings and jewellery on their website. Very unique and so much variety. No other jewellers impressed me quite so much from looking through loads of different websites.
I was a bit nervous about actually making the appointment and how pricing might turn out, but they do have some designs available to buy shown online which gave an indication on potential pricing.
Booking the appointment was very easy over email. I got quick replies even though it was during Xmas holiday period. I described my initial preferences of metal type and gem colours which I hoped to see during the appointment.
At the in person appointment at the London Primrose Hill store I showed the designer photos of 2 rings that I had seen from other companies which I wanted to include elements from in my design. With some more nature and floral ring designs from HK website to help.
Dani helped to create a sketch of the ring design with the various elements I was hoping for and gave suggestions for slight variations as well. She had several rings that I was able to try on to be able to compare against my skin tone, how different size gems and ring sizes would look on my hand. I got to look through a range of gems they had in stock and compared those against metal colours and my skin tone.
Dani did not try to push any particular designs or styles on me, only helped to guide my own design ideas and then complete any other factors I hadn't thought of beforehand. She was able to answer many questions we both had about the design and creation process. We were given a few options at the end of the design process which would have allowed slightly different pricing ranges. For example she showed us both platinum and palladium as metal options, and either would have worked well. She didn't try to upsell us, only presented options that would be close to the specifications I asked for.
We didn't ask for a priority service with a particular deadline, so we were advised that it would take 2-2.5 months time to have the ring made and be ready. We received 2 or 3 emails during the wait to advise which stage the ring was at. I also asked for the ring drawing to be emailed to me which was quickly sent.
On the day we went to collect the ring, it was a bit last minute but we rushed to the store without a specific appointment time, this was no issue. My ring looks even more beautiful in reality than the drawing and the CAD. I am so impressed with the craftsmanship of my ring and how my design was brought to life. We were both extremely happy with the service from Dani and those who created the ring itself.
