Had my parcel delivered by the company evri the box was open and two objects missing will not be ordering online again from Home Bargains and less they change delivery companies⁰

Want to leave a glowing review for all the staff at the Peterborough Home Bargains Store, after wanting to get hold of many items from the viral ‘Jellycat’ range for months I was able to secure most of the items I was wanting yesterday. This wouldn’t have been possible in particular from the Store Manager Bash. He was particularly helpful when I called the store and very informative about what stock was available before I made my journey in. All staff have been more than happy to look daily when I’ve rang to see whether the items I am wanting are in stock. Fantastic customer service!

The review is long over due, just after Christmas I received some damaged boxes from website, I returned them to store for an exchange. They didn't have them in store and it was a naff on website. I had just had a bereavement, and everything felt emotional, but she was the only person who I feel could actually see this, she was calm, patient, helped me sort it out and made it so much smoother. She helped me before when I needed perfume again was.really nice, nothing was to much trouble. The store has a really nice vibe. The team seem helpful. Friendly and like they all get along. Thank you

Looking for a good quality kitchen roll for just 99p? Then its Buffalo kitchen roll with 200 sheets per pack. I have tried other supermarket brands. These were either too thin, had bad absorbency or were expensive. This Buffalo brand seems to be the best on the market and the price is excellent....

I placed an order it was dispatched now its lost somewhere in York that's what the tracking information says I dont even live in England I live in scotland so big difference. Contacting home bargains constantly who just keep saying were taking it up with evri. Told me to wait 48 hours and my parcel would be here well it isn't here the order amount wasn't small either so its me left out of pocket until they decide what there doing

I've literally had nothing but problems regarding one online delivery that I ordered on the 2nd June, from receiving absolutely completely useless emails from home bargains and the delivery company evri, and it was supposed to be delivered today but the delivery company didn't expect the size of the delivery so I have to wait again for a delivery driver that can deal with it, absolute shambles

I bought a mirror which when i hung it, it fell clean off the wall narrowly missing my small grandchildren. The screws had come out of the back, It also ripped the new wall paper i had put up. Although i returned it for a refund, i put an official complaint in as someone could have been hurt, i havd had no response to the complaint.

Ordered a Mrs Hinch basket with lid online due to unable to get to shop as disabled not cheap at £14.99. The item arrived minus the lid. I got in touch asap asking for the missing lid. Reply was go to shop or return. I actually still wanted the basket so asked again for the lid. Nope send back . I had already paid for delivery so I was to send back and then reorder and get charged again. Very unhelpful with the fact I have a disability in the end they offered a £2.99 refund. Told them to stick it where the sun don’t shine. Won’t be ordering of them again !

I purchased an item on line and should have been delivered by Evri. Evri have contacted me to say they have misplaced it and to get in touch with homebargains. I have emailed several times to arrange a refund but I have had no reply. Very frustrating. No confidence to purchase anything else😡 still waiting for answer and full refund.

We went to home bargains cardigan today.
We visited the coffee shop. There seems to be only one working behind the counter . He was running around like an idiot he was so busy.Its not on that this guy has to be on his own this is modern day slavery.Why doesn't the manager come out to help instead of sitting in his office.

A great store. Everything is neatly in its place. Stock categories according to its belonging. Looking for an item, namely, awesome mini fan with usb; found the aisle /area where it would highly likely be. Just knew ftom the vibes, if it wasn't there, by similar categoried items, it was likely not available 😕. But then, on further exploring, there they were, up on a display shelf, nicely placed. Fantastic! Garden produce was stocked all on tbe garden section, foods in the food section. Ailes followed on the similar product from previous ailse. It was a great experience. Found everything i was looking for. Stock is fronted up neatly. Store is clean and tidy. Staff are busy doing their work. An awesome store. I'm pleased and proud of the Home Bargains Store that we have here in Merthyr Tydfil. I'm so glad we have one in our Town. I consider us very fortunate. Well done Home Bargains, Merthyr Tydfil 👍.

Absolutely sick to death of receiving orders without items missing or damaged. No way to call and actually speak to a human being, just email which takes ages for them to reply too
